BEL Teacher Recruitment: Salary

1. Nursery Trained Teacher (NTT) Salary: 18,700/-
2. Primary Teacher (PRT) Salary: 18,700/-
3. Graduate Primary Teacher (GPT) Salary: 21,350/-
4. Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) Salary: 23,100/-
5. Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) for CBSE: Salary of 24,200/- plus an additional 10,000/- for science stream integrated coaching classes CET and NEET.
6. Lecturer at PUC: Salary of 24,200/- with an additional 10,000/- for science stream integrated coaching classes CET, NEET.
7. Lecturer for FGC: Salary of Rs 25,100/-
8. Office Assistant: Salary of 16,250/-.
Selection Process:
The BEL Teacher Selection Process 2025 consists of a written test followed by an interview for qualified candidates. In the final selection, the Written Test is worth 70% of the points, while the Interview is worth 30%. Candidates who pass the written exam will be shortlisted for interviews in a 1:5 ratio. Details about the Written Test and Interview venue will be informed via email, and the names of shortlisted candidates, as well as the final selection list, will be published on the BEL website.
BEL Teacher 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Special Educator: Any degree with D.Ed in Mental Retardation or B.Ed. (Special Education in Mental Retardation) or any qualification prescribed by India's National Rehabilitation Council.
