The National Institute of Technology (NIT) in Andhra Pradesh is hiring 125 Assistant Professors, Associate Professors, and Professors across various engineering and science areas. Candidates must hold relevant degrees and experience. Eligible and interested candidates may apply online solely through NIT Andhra Pradesh's official website.

Education Qualification and Age :-
1). Assistant Professor (Grade-II, Level 10)
PhD with good quality publications (at least 2 papers in Q1 journals).
Preferably below 35 years of age.
2). Assistant Professor (Grade-II, Level 11)
PhD with one year of post-PhD experience in teaching or research.
At least 10 credit points and 3 papers in Q1 journals.
Preferably below 35 years of age.
3). Assistant Professor (Grade-I, Level 12)
PhD with three years of post-PhD or six years of total teaching/research experience.
At least 20 credit points and 5 papers in Q1 journals.
Preferably below 35 years of age.
4). Associate Professor (Level 13A2)
PhD with six years of experience after PhD, including three years as Assistant Professor.
At least 50 credit points and 10 papers in Q1 journals.
Preferably below 45 years of age.
5). Professor (Level 14A)
PhD with ten years of experience, including three years as Associate Professor.
At least 80 credit points and 20 papers in Q1 journals.
Preferably below 55 years of age.
Application Fees :
The non-refundable application fee is Rs.1000/- per application for General, OBC & EWS
candidates. However, no application fee is payable by SC/ST/PWD candidates. Also, the
application fee payable by Indian Nationals applying from abroad is Rs.5000/- per application for all categories.
Mode of Payment :
The application fee shall be paid only through online banking towards the State Bank of India Account Number 37722875550, Satyavathi Nagar, Tadepalligudem Branch (IFSC SBIN0016305) on the name of The Director, NIT Andhra Pradesh. The reference proof of credit document shall be collected to enter the transaction details in the online application portal. Demand Drafts (DDs) are not accepted.
