PM Yasasvi Central Sector Scheme of Top Class Education in Schools for OBC, EBC, and DNT Students 2023-24 is a programme sponsored by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India, to students from the OBC, EBC, and DNT categories. The plan seeks to assist deserving children by supporting their education from Class 9 till they reach Class 12. Selected students will get a scholarship of up to Rs. 1,25,000 to cover tuition, housing fees, and other school expenses.

What is the Eligibility Criteria:

1. Belong to the Other Backward Class (OBC), Economically Backward Class (EBC), or Denotified Tribes (DNT) group.

2. be studying in Class 9 to 12 at a certified government/government-aided or private school.

3. Earn less than Rs. 2,50,000 per year as a household.

1. 30% of the award is earmarked for female students.

2. The number of spots available under the plan for each state and class will be revealed in April of each year.

3. Students enrolled in schools supported by this plan are ineligible for help from any other government scheme for the same products or purposes covered by this scheme.

4. The selection criteria may change, therefore students should refer to the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment's most recent instructions.

5. A committee will be constituted to review and identify top-performing schools with a constant 100% success record in the Class 10 and Class 12 board exams. PM YASASVI SCHEME 2023: The NTA has begun the application process for the 2023 scholarship entrance exams. By August 10, 2023, all qualifying applicants are invited to register for the scholarship program on the NTA's website. India's Prime Minister's Scholarship Award Program for Young Achievers YASASVI is a scholarship program for qualifying students established by the Govt. of India's Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. The NTA has begun accepting applications for the Yasasvi Entrance Test 2023 on July 11, 2023, with the application deadline on August 10, 2023.
