TS Gruhalakshmi Scheme guidelines issued by TS Government:
The instructions for the Gruha Lakshmi plan were announced by the Government on Wednesday. GO MS No. 25 is now available. It was said that the house will be issued in the woman's name. Beneficiaries are given the option of selecting their preferred design. While the government approved for Gruha Lakshmi emblem will be put on the houses that would benefit from the initiative, it has been urged that the affected family get a food security card. The project would be carried out under the supervision of the Collectors in the districts and the Commissioner in the GHMC. Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme Guidelines (GO 25), 21 June 2023, In her letters, the Managing Director of Telangana State Housing Corporation Limited, Hyderabad, stated that the government has budgeted Rs.12,000 crore under Scheme Expenditure (R2) for the FY 2023-24 under the sub-head of Weaker Section Housing Programme (WSHP), of which Rs.7,50 crore was allotted to New Housing Programme in Own Sites of Beneficiaries under beneficiary participation (Beneficiary Led Construction-BLC). During the fiscal year 2023-24, Rs.7,350 crore was allocated for a new housing plan at own sites, with Rs.3450.00 crore earmarked for Urban Housing (State) and Rs.3900.00 crore intended for Rural Housing (State) BLC.
After careful consideration, the government hereby launches the Gruhalakshmi Scheme in the state of Telangana, with a sanction of 3000 houses per Assembly Constituency and a state reserve of 43,000 totaling 4,00,000 houses and financial assistance of Rs. 3 lakh per house as 100% subsidy, with the goal of providing dignified living to poor families in the state. As a result, the District Collectors in the Districts and the Commissioner, GHMC in the GHMC region have issued the following recommendations for the execution of the initiative.
Overview of the Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme:
1. the house should be authorized in the name of the woman/widow.
2. The recipient is free to use his or her own design.
3. A two-room dwelling with an RCC-framed construction must be built.
4. The Government-approved Gruhalakshmi logo shall be affixed to the dwellings sanctioned under this plan.
Beneficiaries of the Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme:
1. The beneficiary will receive Rs. 3.00 lakhs in financial support as 100 percent subsidy.
2. The payments will be issued in three stages. Rs. 1lakh each stage, i.e., Basement Level, Roof Laid, and completion.
3. A separate bank account in the name of the woman beneficiary/ widower shall be formed, and the 3andhan account shall not be used for this purpose owing to transaction restrictions.
TS Gruha Lakshmi Qualification:
1. The recipient or any family members must have a current Food Security Card (FSC).
2. The recipient should own a home.
3. The beneficiary must be a village/ULB resident (as determined by voter ID/Aadhar).
Guidelines for the Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme Criteria for the Exclusion:
1. If you already own a house with an RCC roof.
2. If the applicant or a family member is eligible under G.O.Ms.No.59, Revenue (Assignment-I) Department, dated December 30, 2014.
Documentation is required:
Before applying for the program, several papers are required.
1. Appliers identification evidence , such as Aadhar Card, Voter Card, etc.
2. The Tahsildar issues an annual income certificate.
3. A few passport-sized pictures of ladies.
4. Bank Account number and all the information.
5. If the applicant is a member of the tribe, a caste certificate is necessary.
6. Female applicants residential certificate.
7. A woman's legitimate cell phone number or email address, if she has one.
8. Ration Card of the family.
Telangana Gruha Lakshmi Scheme Online Application 2023:
The Telangana administration has made no public announcements or launched a website. When they launch the portal, you can register by following these steps:
1. First, go to the Telangana Gruha Lakshmi Scheme 2023 Official Website.
2. Now, click on the Gruha Lakshmi scheme Online Application Link.
3. When you click it, the form will open.
4. Complete the form completely.
5. Join you papers to the form.
6. Submit the form on the Official Website, now you must wait for the government to announce the application status.

*🍥ఈనాడు, హైదరాబాద్‌: రాష్ట్రంలోని పేదలు గౌరవప్రదమైన జీవితాన్ని కొనసాగించేందుకు గృహలక్ష్మి పేరిట నూతన గృహ నిర్మాణ పథకాన్ని ప్రభుత్వం రూపొందించింది. సొంత స్థలమున్న పేదలకు ఇంటి నిర్మాణం కోసం పూర్తి రాయితీతో రూ.3 లక్షలను మూడు దశల్లో ఇస్తామంది. ఇంటి నిర్మాణ బాధ్యత(బెనిఫిషరీ లెడ్‌ కన్స్‌స్ట్రక్షన్‌-బీఎల్‌సీ) పూర్తిగా లబ్ధిదారుడిదే. ఇందుకోసం ప్రస్తుత ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరం బడ్జెట్‌లో ప్రభుత్వం రూ.7,350 కోట్లను కేటాయించింది. అందులో రూ.3,900 కోట్లు గ్రామీణ, రూ.3,450 కోట్లను పట్టణ ప్రాంతాల్లో ఇళ్ల నిర్మాణానికి ప్రత్యేకించింది. మొత్తంగా నాలుగు లక్షల ఇళ్ల నిర్మాణానికి ఈ నిధులను వెచ్చించనుంది. ఈమేరకు గృహలక్ష్మి పథకం మార్గదర్శకాలను ప్రభుత్వం బుధవారం విడుదల చేసింది. అందులో ఉన్న ప్రకారం... ‘‘ప్రతి అసెంబ్లీ నియోజకవర్గంలో 3,000 ఇళ్లను నిర్మించాలి. 43,000 ఇళ్లకు సంబంధించిన నిధులు రాష్ట్రస్థాయి కోటాలో ఉంటాయి. ఇళ్ల పునాదుల(బేస్‌మెంట్‌) స్థాయిలో రూ.లక్ష, పైకప్పు దశలో రూ.లక్ష, నిర్మాణం పూర్తయ్యాక రూ.లక్ష చెల్లిస్తాం. పథకం అమలుకు జిల్లాల్లో కలెక్టర్లు, జీహెచ్‌ఎంసీ పరిధిలో గ్రేటర్‌ కమిషనర్‌ నోడల్‌ అధికారులుగా వ్యవహరిస్తారు. ఈ పథకంలో ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, బీసీ, మైనార్టీలకు 80% వాటా ఉండాలి’’ అని స్పష్టంచేసింది.*

*🌀గృహలక్ష్మి అమలంతా ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది. ఇందుకోసం సెంటర్‌ ఫర్‌ గుడ్‌ గవర్నెన్స్‌ పర్యవేక్షణలో గృహలక్ష్మి పేరుతో ప్రత్యేకంగా పోర్టల్‌ను, చరవాణి యాప్‌ను గృహ నిర్మాణ సంస్థ రూపొందిస్తుంది. జిల్లాల వారీగా ప్రజల నుంచి, ప్రజాప్రతినిధుల నుంచి కలెక్టర్లు దరఖాస్తులను ఆహ్వానిస్తారు. అర్హుల జాబితాను కలెక్టర్లే ఖరారు చేస్తారు. దశల వారీగా జిల్లా ఇన్‌ఛార్జి మంత్రి ఆయా ఇళ్లను మంజూరు చేస్తారు. నిర్ధారిత సంఖ్య కన్నా ఎక్కువ దరఖాస్తుదారులు అర్హత పొందితే వారిని శాశ్వత వేచి ఉండే జాబితాలో చేరుస్తారు. భవిష్యత్తులో మంజూరు చేసే ఇళ్లకు ఆ జాబితా నుంచే అర్హులను ఎంపిక చేస్తారు. నిధుల విడుదలకు సంబంధించిన ప్రతి సందర్భంలోనూ భౌగోళిక అక్షాంశాలతో కూడిన ఫొటోలను ఆ వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో అప్‌లోడ్‌ చేయాలి. ఈ పథకం అమలు తీరుతెన్నులను రాష్ట్ర స్థాయిలో గృహ నిర్మాణ సంస్థే పర్యవేక్షించి ఎప్పటికప్పుడు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి నివేదిస్తుంది.*

*♦️ఇప్పటికే ఆర్సీసీ రూఫ్‌తో కూడిన ఇల్లు ఉన్నా, జీవో 59 కింద లబ్ధి పొందినా పథకం వర్తించదు.*
