For the roles of Engineer Trainee in the departments of Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering & Projects for Tata Steel, the company is accepting applications from qualified applicants.
On May 19, 2023, TATA Steel Limited published Aspiring Engineers Program 2023. Tata Steel has a goal to fill the open Engineer Trainee jobs in the areas of Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering & Projects with qualified individuals. Candidates who have earned a BE, B.Tech, or B.Sc. in engineering are eligible to apply for the 2023 Tata Steel Aspiring Engineers Program. They anticipate using the online application link. Candidates should use the online application link on the official website to apply for these Tata Steel positions. The application deadline for TATA Steel AEP is June 11, 2023.
Online cognitive, technical, and interview tests make up the Tata Steel employment selection process. The interview will take place in person or online. Rs. 30000 is the stipend. The maximum age for candidates should be 30. Candidates who are chosen will work at TATA Steel as trainee engineers for a year. Candidates from the States of Jharkhand and Odisha shall receive preference. Other principles:
1. Candidates who have finished a three-year diploma and have entered the second year of engineering straight are also eligible, as are those who are in their last year of a BE, a B Tech, or a B Sc (Engg).
2. AICTE/UCG approved campus program must have been attended full-time.
3. For general candidates, you must have earned a minimum grade point average (CGPA) of 6.5 or a percentage grade point average (PPA) of 65% in BE, B Tech, B Sc (Engg), M.Tech, or M.Sc. SC/ST, PwD, and Transgender Examination Candidates:
4. Must have earned a minimum grade of 6.0 (where the CGPA is used) or 60% (where the percentage is used) in BE, B Tech, B Sc (Engg), M. Tech, or M.Sc.

Emoluments:
1. During their year of training, Engineer Trainees will get an all-inclusive stipend of 30,000 per month.
2. Engineer Trainee will only be insured under the Medi-Claim program for themselves, which covers OPD coverage of $6,000 per year and hospitalization coverage of $2,50,000 per year.
3. For individuals hired as Assistant Managers on Fixed Term Employment after successfully completing training, a CTC of INR 7 lacs per year along with various perks and incentives in accordance with corporate policy would be provided.
Selection Method:
1. Candidates who are qualified will take an online Cognitive and Technical Test.
2. Candidates who have been shortlisted will be contacted to schedule either in-person or virtual interviews.
Details of the Aspiring Engineers Program 2023:
1. The chosen candidates will be employed as engineer trainees for a year.
2. During the training time, the trainees will be evaluated on a regular basis.
3. They will be given consideration for a Fixed Term Employment of Three (3) Years as an Assistant Manager (IL6) at Tata Steel after successfully completing their training.

TATA Steel Engineer Trainee Bharti 2023 salary information :
1. During the course of their 12-month training, engineers will get an all-inclusive stipend of Rs. 30.000/- every month.
TATA Steel Aspiring Program 2. Those hired as Assistant Managers on Fixed Term Employment would receive a CTC of INR 7 Lacs per Annum upon successful completion of Engineer training, in addition to other perks and incentives in accordance with corporate policy.

What is the Age Limit:
1. For general candidates, the age limit should not exceed 30 as of 2023 June 1.
