How to submit a life certificate of pensioners Through T-App Folio
The government of Telangana officially launched a digital app namely T-app folio. This digital App of Telangana has been launched for the service delivery gateway of many government departments. To submit the certificate, pensioners can use the T-app folio. The pensioners have no need to visit pension drawing banks or treasury offices. Pensioners must download the T-app from the mobile play store.T-app is available in both Android and IOS versions for the comfort of pensioners.
Procedure for submitting life certificate of pensioners through Mobile app T App Folio
Everyyear from November to February the pensioners have to submit the life certificate in the Pensioner office to confirm that they are alive. So, this year onwards it became manditoty to make this process or submit the pensioners life certificate online using T App Folio.
Process to Submit a life certificate of pensioners Through T-App Folio
- Open play store install T App Folio
- In the interface try to login using mobile number and e mail ID
- After getting login we get another inferface where there are many services provided
- Click on Pensioner life certificate
- Then we get 4 options namely Registration, status, submit life certificate and receipts
- Now click on Registration
- In this page a form will be opened, click on consent, then pension account details like bank account and mobile number should be filled and then click on proceed.
- Then a seconf form will be opened Applicant Information
- In this pensioner name as per Pensioner ID and Voter ID and their Constituency should be entered.
- Then Photo option will be opened
- Click on Click a Photo Camera will be opened take a selfie and then submit.
- If photo is not clear there is a Retake option
- After clicking submit you will get a message saying your life certificate has been submitted successfully.
- This will get submitted at Treasury office
- Within 4 to 5 days you will get the message to your registeered mobile number saying sucessfully approved
- Or you can also check your status in the T App Folio

Mobile ద్వారా పెన్షనర్లు life certificate సమర్పించు విధానము
ప్రతి సంవత్సరము పెన్షనర్లు తాము బతికే ఉన్నట్లు November 1 నుండి February 28 లోగా ఫోటోతో నిర్ణీత దరఖాస్తు ఫారంలో సంబంధిత ట్రెజరీ అధికారికి సమర్పించాలి. దీనిలో PPO NUMBER, ఆధారిత నంబర్, పెన్షన్ తో లింక్ అయిన ఆధార్ నంబర్ వంటి వివరాలు నమోదు చేయాలి.
అయితే నూతన సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానాన్ని పెన్షనర్ల life certificate సమర్పించడానికి ప్రభుత్వము *ఆప్* ను రూపొందించింది. దీన్ని వినియోగించుటకు ఆండ్రాయిడ్/ఆపిల్ ఫోన్ లో *T App Folio* ను download చేసికోవాలి.
Application download అయిన తర్వాత మొదటి పేజి లో pensioner life authentication అనే ఐకాన్ కనిపిస్తుంది. దాన్ని టచ్ చేస్తే Registration, Registration status check, Authentication, Reciept అనే భాగాలు కనిపిస్తాయి. మొదట Registration ను టచ్ చేస్తే పెన్షన్ అకౌంట్ వివరాలు (పెన్షన్తో లింక్ అయిన బ్యాంక్ అకౌంట్ నంబరు, PPO id, phone నంబర్ ) పూర్తి చేసి proceed కావాలి.
తర్వాత ఫోటో కావాలని అడుగుతుంది. Cell phone తో selfie తీసి submit చేస్తే వివరాలు పూర్తవుతాయి. 1 లేదా 2 రోజుల్లో మనం సమర్పించిన వివరాలు ఆమోదించబడుతాయి. ఆ విషయాన్ని app లోని authentication లో చూస్తే విషయం తెలుస్తుంది. ఆమోదించబడితే ఆ సంవత్సరానికి life certificate సమర్పించే పని పూర్తవుతుంది. ట్రెజరీ కార్యాలయానికి వెళ్ళకుండ ఈ ఆప్ ద్వారా life certificate సమర్పించవచ్చు.

ఎస్‌బీఐ కొత్త సదుపాయం.. వీడియో కాల్‌ ద్వారా లైఫ్ సర్టిఫికెట్‌.. ఎలా సమర్పించాలంటే?
ఇంటర్నెట్‌ డెస్క్‌: పెన్షనర్లు ఏటా నవంబర్‌ 1 నుంచి లైఫ్ సర్టిఫికెట్‌ (జీవిత ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రం) సమర్పించాలి. పెన్షన్ ద్వారా ఆదాయం పొందుతున్న వారు.. ఖాతా ఉన్న బ్యాంకు, పోస్టాఫీసు, వారికి సంబంధించిన పెన్షన్ ఆఫీసు వద్ద గానీ లేదంటే జీవన్‌ ప్రమాణ్‌ పోర్టల్‌లో గానీ లైఫ్ సర్టిఫికెట్‌ సమర్పించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఇలా బ్యాంకు శాఖలను సందర్శించడం వృద్ధులకు కష్టంతో కూడుకున్న వ్యవహారం. దీన్ని దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని స్టేట్‌ బ్యాంక్ ఆఫ్‌ ఇండియా (SBI) కొత్త సదుపాయం తీసుకొచ్చింది. తమ బ్యాంకులో ఖాతా ఉన్న పెన్షన్‌దారులకు వీడియో కాల్‌ ద్వారా లైఫ్ సర్టిఫికెట్‌ సమర్పించే అవకాశం కల్పించింది. దేశంలోనే తొలిసారిగా వీడియో లైఫ్ సర్టిఫికెట్‌ (వీఎల్‌సీ) సదుపాయాన్ని సోమవారం (నవంబర్‌ 1) నుంచి అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకొచ్చింది. దీని ద్వారా పింఛన్‌దారులు తమ ఇంటి వద్ద నుంచే సులభంగా వీడియో కాల్‌ చేసి లైఫ్ సర్టిఫికెట్‌ను సమర్పించొచ్చు. దీనికి సంబంధించి నిమిషం నిడివి గల వీడియోను ఎస్‌బీఐ తన అధికారిక ట్విటర్‌ ఖాతాలో షేర్‌ చేస్తూ దశలవారీ ప్రక్రియను వివరించింది.

వీడియో కాల్‌ ప్రారంభించడానికి మీరు అనుమతిచ్చిన తర్వాత ఎస్‌బీఐ అధికారి అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చి మీతో సంభాషిస్తారు.
వీడియో కాల్‌లోకి వచ్చిన ఎస్‌బీఐ అధికారి మీ స్క్రీన్‌పై ఉన్న నాలుగంకెల ధ్రువీకరణ కోడ్‌ను చదవాలని అడుగుతారు. మీరు ఆ కోడ్‌ను చెప్పాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
మీ పాన్‌ కార్డును బ్యాంక్ అధికారికి చూపించి, దాన్ని ఫొటో తీసుకోవడానికి అనుమతివ్వాలి. అనంతరం ఎస్‌బీఐ అధికారి మీ ఫొటోను తీసుకుంటారు.
ఇంతటితో వీడియో లైఫ్ సర్టిఫికెట్‌ (వీఎల్‌సీ) ప్రక్రియ పూర్తవుతుంది.
