Guidelines for Home Learning Program for Classes 1&2 for the Academic Year 2021-22
Home Learning Programme for Classes 1 and 2 scheduled from 3rd August, 2021 — Readiness Programme
Home Learning Program:
Due to the pandemic, schools have been closed since last year and this significantly impacted the learning of children. To mitigate the leafning gap of students, especially for Classes 1-2, a home learning program has been designed for Classes 1-2. The program will be starting from 3rd August 2021. Since the current Class 2 students could not attend school last year, the same program would be run together for Classes 1&2.
Phase I:
The phase I of the program will start from 3rd August 2021 and will be a one month 'School Readiness program“.
TV Classes of 30 minute slots would be transmitted for Maths and Language in 3 media - Telugu, Urdu and English.
Google Read Along App will be launched for children to practice reading Telugu, Urdu and English languages.
Phase 2:
The phase 2 of the program will start from September, after the ‘School Readiness Program’ and has the following elements:
Students will watch TV Classes for Maths and Language.
Students will practice reading textbook stories from the Read Along App. Students get worksheets rnapped to the TV Classes and instructions to solve the worksheets will also be part of the TV Class.
Studente will solve the worksheets after the class under the guidance of their parents and share them with teachers.
Studente will get weekly assessments on WhatsApp bot based on the Learning Outcomes covered during that week through TV Classes & worksheets.
Remedial content (videos) will be shared on WhatsApp automatically based on the assessments and also by the Teachers.
Role of District Educational Officers (DEOs):
1. DEOs shall ensure that orientation sessions are conducted for teachers about the Home Learning Program including training on Read Along App. DEOs/MEOs shall ensure that all the TV classes calendar/guidelines are shared timely with the teachers on WhatsApp groups.
2. DEOs/MEOs shall share demo Video & link to the Read Along App on ptaystore along with the specific partner code with teachers.
3. MEOs shall use WhatsApp groups to clarify teacher queries and send motivational nudges.
4. MEOs shall ensure that they reach out to teachers in home learning, guide and motivate them. to reinforce their roles
5. MEOS Shall reach out to program effectiveness. parents on a sample basis to check the
6. DEOs/MEOs shift monitor and review adoption levels of Read Along App at District/Mandal Level (No. of installs and profit.es created).
Role of Head Masters (HMs) and Teachers:
HMs and Teachers shall conduct an orientation call with parents about the Home Learning Program
Teachers shall share TV classes schedule with parents on WhatsApp groups/Phone Call, in advance, to ensure maximum engagement.
Teachers shall share links of TV Class recordings from TSAT App with parents on WhatsApp groups.
Teachers shall share homeschooling guidelines with parents on WhatsApp groups/Phone Call.
Teachers shall share demo video & link to the Read Along App on playstore along with the specific partner code.
Teachers shall ensure that they reach out to the students to check their well being, program engagement & understanding, and doubt clarification. Teachers shall ensure that they reach out to parents to reinforce their roles in homeschooling, guide and motivate them.
Role of Parents:
Parents shall be updated with the TV classes calendar from teachers through WhatsApp groups/Phone Call and ensure that children attend the TV classes.
Parents shall be updated with the links of TV Class recordings from T SAT App from teachers on WhatsApp groups.
Parents shall follow homeschooling guidelines received from Teachers on WhatsApp groups/Phone Calls.
Parents shall install Read Along App on the mobile devices and facilitate its use by children.
Schedule for conduct of classes through T-SAT/Doordarshan:
The transmission of lessons for classes 1-2 through T-SAT/Doordarshan will commence from 3rd August 2021.
Detailed, day-wise schedule, with topics to be covered will be issued time to time by Director, DIET, Hyd.

కరోనాతో చదువులకు దూరమైన 1, 2 తరగతుల విద్యార్థులకు ఇంటివద్దే పాఠాలు బోధించేందుకు విద్యాశాఖ ప్రత్యేక ఏర్పాట్లు చేసింది. ఆటలు, పాటలతో కూడిన యానిమేషన్‌ వీడియోలతో ఆకట్టుకునేలా పాఠ్యాంశాలను రూపొందించింది. రోజుకు అరగంట చొప్పున పాఠ్యాంశాలను ప్రసారం చేయనున్నారు. ఇందుకోసం రాష్ట్ర విద్యా పరిశోధన, శిక్షణాసంస్థ (ఎస్సీఈఆర్టీ) హోం లెర్నింగ్‌ ప్రోగ్రాంను రూపకల్పన చేసింది. ఈ కార్యక్రమం ఆగస్టు 3 నుంచి ప్రారంభం కానున్నది. రెండుదశల్లో విద్యార్థులకు పాఠాలను బోధించనున్నారు. ఆగస్టు 31 వరకు రెడీనెస్‌ ప్రోగ్రాం, సెప్టెంబర్‌ నుంచి రెగ్యులర్‌ పాఠ్యాంశాలను బోధించనున్నారు. ఈ మేరకు ఎస్సీఈఆర్టీ డైరెక్టర్‌ రాధారెడ్డి శనివారం మార్గదర్శకాలను విడుదలచేశారు. కరోనాతో గతేడాది 1, 2 తరగతులకు ఆన్‌లైన్‌ క్లాసులు నిర్వహించలేదు.*
*ప్రస్తుతం 2వ తరగతిలో ఉన్న విద్యార్థులు ఒకటో తరగతిలో ఏం చదవకుండానే పై తరగతికి ప్రమోట్‌ అయ్యారు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో విద్యార్థుల కోసం హోం లెర్నింగ్‌ ప్రోగ్రాంకు రూపకల్పనచేశారు. 1, 2 తరగతులకు వేర్వేరుగా కాకుండా, కలిపి ఒకే సిలబస్‌ను బోధించనున్నారు. ఇక విద్యాసంవత్సరం ముగింపు సమయంలో రెండో తరగతి విద్యార్థులకు ఆయా తరగతిలోని ముఖ్యమైన పాఠ్యాంశాలను బోధించనున్నారు.*
*రీడ్‌ ఎలాంగ్‌ యాప్‌ను ఎస్సీఈఆర్టీ యూట్యూబ్‌ చానళ్లను పూర్తిస్థాయిలో వినియోగించుకుని 1, 2 తరగతుల్లోని విద్యార్థులకు పాఠాలు చెప్పనున్నారు. ఇందుకు డీఈవోలు ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధ తీసుకోవాలని ఆదేశాలు జారీచేశారు. హోం లెర్నింగ్‌ ప్రోగ్రాం, టీవీ క్లాసులపై ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ఓరియంటేషన్‌ తరగతులు నిర్వహించాలని, టీవీ క్లాసులు, క్యాలెండర్‌లను సమయానుగుణంగా వాట్సాప్‌ గ్రూపుల ద్వారా పంపించాలని, టీచర్ల సందేహాలను ఎప్పటికప్పుడు నివృత్తిచేయాలని ఆదేశించారు.*

*ఆగస్టు మూడు నుంచి 10వ తరగతి విద్యార్థులకు రెగ్యులర్‌ తరగతులు నిర్వహించనున్నట్టు విద్యాశాఖ ప్రకటించింది. జూలై 1 నుంచి 31 వరకు బ్రిడ్జికోర్సు పాఠ్యాంశాలను ప్రసారంచేశారు. ఆగస్టు 3 నుంచి ప్ర స్తుతం చదువుతున్న తరగతికి సంబంధించిన పాఠ్యాంశాలను బోధించనున్నారు. ఈ మేరకు టీశాట్‌, డీడీ యాదగిరి చానళ్లల్లో ప్ర సారమయ్యే పాఠ్యాంశాల షెడ్యూల్‌ను స్టేట్‌ ఇన్‌స్టిట్యూట్‌ ఆఫ్‌ ఎడ్యుకేషన్‌ టెక్నాలజీ డైరెక్టర్‌ కృష్ణారావు శనివారం విడుదలచేశారు.*
