India Post GDS Recruitment 2021 : (Post of India) has released the notifications for recruitment to the post of 4368 Gramin Dak Sevak for Maharashtra Postal Circle and Bihar Postal Circle. India Posts is inviting online applications for recruitment of Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS). Eligible and interested candidates can apply for Maharashtra Postal and Bihar Postal Circle Recruitment 2021 on or before 26 May 2021. Maharashtra and Bihar Post Office Notifications and Application Links are given below of this article. A total 4368 various posts are available of which 2428 are in Maharashtra Post Office and 1940 in Bihar Post Office. Gramin Dak Sevak Recruitment 2021 is being under Cycle 3 for various posts of Branch Postmaster (BPM), Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM) and Dak Sevak.

India Post Vacancy Details :

1). Maharashtra Postal Circle - 2428 Posts

2). Bihar Postal Circle - 1940 Posts

Age Limit: 18 to 40 Years as on closing date. The maximum age shall be relax-able by 03 years for OBC and 05 years for SC / ST Category Candidates. For PWD (PH) Candidates - Age Relaxation up to 10 years.

Educational Qualification:

Minimum Matriculation passed from Central or State Government approved boards / institutes.

Computer Knowledge - Valid Computer Certificate or Computer Science as one of the subject in 10+2 or Degree.

Selection Method :

Candidates Selection will be made as per the automatic generated merit list as per the rules based on the candidates online submitted applications.

Application Fee:

1. Applicant of category OC/OBC/EWS Male / trans-man should pay a fee of Rs. 100/-(Rupees one hundred) for each set of five options. Candidate who requires to make the payment has to visit any Head Post Office or other identified Post Offices in India. Names of the offices are available in the website appost.in/gdsonline.

2. However, payment of fee is exempted for all Female / trans-woman candidates as well PwD candidates. They may apply online directly through the provided link in the Website

Submission of Application :

Only online application will be accepted from the candidate. Candidate who desires to apply online will have to register himself / herself in the portal through https://indiapost.gov.in or https://appost.in/gdsonline with effect from 27.04.2021 to 26.05.2021 with the following basic.

iii) Mobile Number (Unique for one Registration number)

iv) Date of Birth

v) Gender

vii) PH – Type of Disability – (HH/OH/VH)- Percentage of disability

viii) State in which Xth class passed

ix) Board in which Xth class passed

x) Year of Passing Xth class

xi) Xth Class Certificate Number / Roll Number (optional)
