HCLs TechBee-Early Career Program is an exclusive job program for individuals those who are looking for full-time jobs after completing their Class XII. Candidates will undergo a 12 months of training for entry-level IT Jobs. On the successful completion of training program, candidates are employed in full-time jobs with HCL. While working, candidates pursue their higher education with BITS, Pilani or SASTRA University. TechBee enables students to earn right after school and makes them financially independent.TechBee candidates earn a stipend or INR 10,000 during the internship.
Upon successful completion of the training, you will begin working as a full-time Associate or IT Services professional with a starting salary of INR 1.70 – 2.20 lacs per annum respectively.You can start your career into entry level roles such as Software Engineer, Infrastructure Management, Testing or a Design Engineer or Digital Process Operations at HCL offices pan India.

Program Features:
A) Foundation Training Program: Technical foundation training to ensure candidates are prepared for technology/domain training.
B) Technology/Domain Training : Stream specific training to ensure that all the tasks pertaining to a role can be performed.
C) Role Specific Training: Hands on project work to be assigned during the professional practice term.
D) Nine months of Class Room training : Class Room training which lays strong emphasis on practical exercises, continuous assessments and assignments.
E) On the Jon training or Professional Practice Term : The candidates will work OJT for e 3 months working in live projects to gain exposure with the client environment and become job-ready.
During these 12 months of training programme. the candidates will also learn the fundamentals of information technology, relevant software tools, Processes and life skills.
Eligibility for HCL:
The candidates must have qualified in Mathematics/Business Mathematics as a subjcet in Class XII/Intermediate education.
And also candidate should have obtained a minimum 60% of marks in Mathematics/Business Mathematics in XII class.
In case of 2 marks sheets (Original & Improvement) are being produced by the candidate for the same class i.e. Class XIIth, all subjects with the latest marks will be considered for calculating the percentage or above irrespective of any board recommendations.
Candidates must be the residents of India those who are successfully completed their class 12th board exams in the year of 2021, 2020 and 2019.
Program Fee:
For this program the fee is INR 2.00 Lac + Applicable Taxes (Financial assistance in the form of bank loan is available)
Financial assistance will be arranged in a way that there is no financial burden on parents or students.
If candidate scores 90% and above can get 100% program fee waiver, or if they score between 85-90% can get 50% fee waiver during training.
Important Note:
The training for the program is currently available at Chennai, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Madurai, Lucknow, Noida and Nagpur.
Duration of Program : The duration of the program will be 12 Months (1 year)
Stipend: INR Rs. 10,000/- per month. During the internship.

Process of Selection:
