About the Academy
NAC was established on the joint initiative of construction industry (BuildersAssociation of India) and State Government in the year 1998 as a “Society” and incorporated as “Public Charitable” institution. It is managed by a Governing board with the Hon’ble Chief Minister as Chairman and Hon’ble Minister for Roads and Building, the Chief Secretary of Telangana State as Vice Chairmen. The Board members include Principle Secretaries of Works Departments, eminent persons of construction industry, Academic, Research institution and Professional associates representing the construction industry. NAC Headquarters is located in 46.46 acres of green campus in the IT Corridor in Hyderabad, Telangana. It has 2 Advanced Training Institutes and 11 permanent skill training centers located in the districts across Telangana State. NAC is well positioned to act as a catalyst, to bring about a holistic change in the construction ethos in the country.
Purpose & Objectives
The main purpose of this organization is to develop and build capacities of human resources to enhance quality and productivity of construction industry. NAC operations are in the area of skill development, skill upgradation and capacity of buildings of all types of human resources, exclusively for construction industry. NAC conducts trainings for unemployed youth, workers, tradesmen, construction engineers, contractors, managers, supervisors and technicians to develop skill and inculcate professionalism.

Certificate Programme in Construction Safety (CPCS)
Duration : 6 (Six) months (Class work
Eligibility : Diploma/B.E/B.Tech. in Civil or any Degree with minimum 55% marks
Intake : 30 Candidates.
Course Fee:
The total course fee is INR 40,000*/-(Tuition fee Rs. 25,000/
Tuition fee payable in two installments:
a) 1st Installment: INR. 15,000-- payable by 12th January, 2021.
b) 2nd Installment: INR,10,000/-payavble by 10th February,2021
Hostel Facility: Academy will provide accomodation to students in a hostel located at NAC campus on payment basis,on first come first basis.
