National Institute of Disaster Management (NIDM) Invitation of Applications for Empanelment for Young Professional Download Application Form
National Institute of Disaster Management (NIDM), is a premier institute of Government of India, for capacity building, training, education, research, policy planning, documentation, publication and awareness on all aspects of Disaster Management. In this regard, NIDM intends for empanelment of suitable candidates to be engaged as Young Professionals on Contract basis. Candidates those who are interested can go through the following given notification and apply through Offline mode. Download application form and send to the following given address.
Method of Engagement:
Candidate may be empanled after shortlisting of application & personal interactions thereof. Empaneled candidates may be considered for engagement by NIDM as Young Professionals as per requirement on contractual basis for a period on one year extendable on their performance and requirement at NIDM. The terms & conditions for engagement shall be as follows:
Qualifications and Experience:
1). Graduation in relevant functional areas or allied subjects - 2 years experience in relevant functional areas
2). Post-Graduation in relevant functional areas or allied subjects - 1 year experience in relevant functional areas
3). Ph.D in relevant functional areas or allied subjects - NIL
Pay Scale:
i). Selected Young Professionals shall be paid consolidated amount of Rs. 37,500/- (Rs. 35,000 + Rs. 2,500 Transport Allowance) per month.
ii). They will be eligible for TA/DA (on tour) as per entitlement/rules.
iii). They will be eligible for eight (8) leaves in a calendar year on pro-rata basis.
iv). The Institute reserves right to terminate their services at any time without
assigning any reason after giving one month’s notice.
Age Limit:
Candidate should be below 35 years of age as on 31 July, 2020.
