YSR Bheema Scheme: The AP Government is moving ahead with a number of revolutionary decisions aimed at the welfare of the poor. It is in this context that the latest 'YSR' insurance scheme has been launched. The modalities of the scheme have been formulated by the State Government. While this scheme is applicable to 18-70 year old, the AP government has stated in the orders that the insurance will be applicable to the family who has a rice card and the family dependent unfortunately has any accident, or natural death.While this scheme is applicable to 18-70 years old.
వైఎస్సార్ బీమా పథకం : కుటుంబ పెద్ద ప్రమాదంలో లేదా సహజ మరణం చెందితే .. ఆ కుటుంబాన్ని ఆర్థికంగా ఆదుకునేందుకు జ‌గ‌న్ స‌ర్కార్ నూత‌న బీమా ప‌థ‌కాన్ని ప్రారంభించింది. అదే వైఎస్సార్ బీమా పథకం. ఇప్ప‌టికే జ‌గ‌న్ కేబినేట్ ఈ పథకం అమలుకు ఆమోదం తెలిపింది. తాజాగా.. ఇందుకు సంబంధించిన మార్గదర్శకాలను జారీ చేసింది.
పేదల సంక్షేమమే ధ్యేయంగా ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం పలు విప్లవాత్మక నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకుంటూ ముందుకు సాగుతోంది. ఈ క్రమంలోనే తాజాగా 'వైఎస్సార్ బీమా పధకానికి శ్రీకారం చుట్టింది. ఈ పధకానికి సంబంధించిన విధివిధానాలను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం రూప కల్పన చేసింది. 18-70 ఏళ్లు వయస్సు ఉన్నవారికి ఈ పధకం వర్తించనుండగా.. బియ్యం కార్డు ఉండి, కుటుంబం ఆధారపడ్డ వ్యక్తికి దురదష్టవశాత్తూ ఏదైనా ప్రమాదం, లేదా సహజ మరణం చెందితే ఆ కుటుంబానికి ఈ బీమా వర్తిస్తుందని ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం ఉత్తర్వుల్లో పేర్కొంది. బియ్యం కార్డుదారుల కుటుంబం ఆధారపడే 18 ఏళ్ల నుంచి 50 ఏళ్ల వ్యక్తి సహజ మరణం పొందితే బాధిత కుటుంబానికి రూ.2 లక్షలు బీమా పరిహారం ఇస్తారు. శాశ్వత వైకల్యం, ప్రమాదవశాత్తు మరణిస్తే రూ.5 లక్షలు ఇస్తారు. 51 – 70 ఏళ్ల వ్యక్తి శాశ్వత వైకల్యం పొందినా, ప్రమాదవశాత్తు మరణించినా బాధిత కుటుంబానికి రూ.3 లక్షలు అందుతాయి.
ఈ పథకం కింద 18-50 ఏళ్ల మధ్య వయసున్న వారు సహజంగా చనిపోతే అతడి కుటుంబానికి రూ.2 లక్షల పరిహారం.. శాశ్వత వైకల్యం లేదా ప్రమాదవశాత్తూ మరణం సంభవిస్తే రూ.5 లక్షలు ఇవ్వనున్నారు.
Under this scheme, compensation of Rs 2 lakh will be given to his family in case of natural death between the ages of 18-50 years. In case of permanent disability or accidental death, Rs 5 lakh will be given.
అలాగే 51-70 ఏళ్ల వయస్సు వారు ప్రమాదంలో శాశ్వత వైకల్యం పొందినా లేదా ప్రమాదవశాత్తూ మరణించినా బాధిత కుటుంబాలకు రూ.3 లక్షలను అందించనున్నారు. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా సుమారు కోటిన్నర మంది ఈ పధకం పరిధిలోకి వస్తారని ప్రభుత్వం అంచనా వేస్తోంది. అటు లబ్దిదారుల గుర్తింపును గ్రామ/ వార్డు వాలంటీర్లు చేపట్టనుండగా.. ఎంపికైన వారందరికీ ప్రభుత్వం యూనిక్ ఐడీ నెంబర్ కేటాయించనున్నట్లు తెలుస్తోంది.
Also, Rs 51 lakh will be provided to the affected families in case of permanent disability or accidental death in the age group of 51-70 years. The government estimates that hundreds of millions of people across the state will be covered under the scheme. While the village / ward volunteers will take up the identification of the beneficiaries, it seems that the government will assign a unique ID number to all those selected.
