Online Classes Guidelines
Bridge Course Programme
A Bridge Course Programme is initiated on online mode for classes III to X from 01.07.2021 to 31.07.2021 to mitigate the learning gap among the students due to closure of schools for a long time.
*♦️Role of Head Masters (HMs)*
Head Masters to ensure 50% Staff attendance daily, from 01.07.2021 onwards duly following COVID-19 protocol
At the village level, with particular focus on backward areas, the HMs and Teachers shall plan, depending on local conditions, to reach out to all students, using various platforms and modes of e-learning, through existing communication networks.
➤ All students shall be categorised the following basis and students specific transactional plans shall be prepared to reach out to ALL students. channels. to T-SAT/Doordarshan
I. Students having access
II. Students with access to smart phones/mobiles/laptops/computers, with or without internet connection.access to SAT/Doordarshan channel or mobiles/laptops/computers.
III. Students. who do not have In case of students who do not have access to television, HMS may take support of Gram Panchayat or any other local government institution, to also the support of the students who have access to television, and pair students and resources, duly following COVID-19 norms.
➤ All Heads of schools and Teachers can identify locally available educated youth and avail their services if they come forward voluntarily. Head Masters shall ensure that Text Books and worksheetsreach all students. Teachers shall also prepare worksheets at their level andmake them available to students.
➤ Steps shall be taken for school readiness, in coordination with Grampanchayats (cleanliness and sanitation, maintenance of toilets and drinking water facilities etc.,)
*♦️Teacher preparedness*
Teachers shall assess the infrastructure facilities for digital education available with the students of their respective classes and prepare, a resource mapping plan and an appropriate outreach plan, for different categories of students.
Communicate the schedule pertaining to the classes to be transmitted through T-SAT/Doordarshan, to the parents and students, well in advance, utilisation. Ensure that students work on to ensure optimal the corresponding worksheets, after every class.
Connect to students through various interactive modes, and be available to clarify their doubts on the lessons taught.
➤ Assign homework to students, in the form of outcome oriented activities, assignments and projects.
> Continuous monitoring of learning outcomes of every Student.

తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం జులై 1 నుండి ఆన్లైన్ క్లాసులు జరుపుతున్న క్రమములో ఉపాధ్యాయులు పాటించవలసిన అంశాలు.
1. విద్యార్థుల కొత్త హాజరుపట్టికలలో పేర్లు నమోదుచేయాలి.
2. విద్యార్థుల తరగతివారి లిస్టులు తయారు చేసి వారి తండ్రిపేరు , మొబైల్ నెంబర్ , TV/ మొబైల్ ద్వారా ఆన్లైన్ క్లాసులు ఎలా వింటున్నారో నమోదుచేయాలి.
3. విద్యార్థులను తరగతి వారీగా సబ్జెక్టు గ్రూపులుగా వాట్సాప్ గ్రూపులతో నమోదు చేయాలి.
4. విద్యార్థుల తల్లిదండ్రులతో ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు మరియు ఉపాధ్యాయబృందం మాట్లాడి ఆన్లైన్ క్లాసుల ఆవశ్యకతను వివరించాలి.
5. తరగతివారీగా ఉపాధ్యాయులు ఇంచార్జి తీసుకోవాలి.
6. టీవీ, సెల్ ఫోన్ లేనిపిల్లలను గుర్తించి ప్రత్యామ్నాయ ఏర్పాట్లు చేసి మీ లిస్టులలో నమోదుచేయాలి .
7. ప్రతిరోజూ Time Table ను పిల్లలకు పంపించాలి.
8. ఉపాధ్యాయులు 50% చొప్పున 2గ్రూపులుగా విభజించబడి రోజు ఒక గ్రూప్ హాజరు కావాలి. ఈ గ్రూపుల వివరాలు పై అధికారులకు అందజేయాలి.
9. ఆన్లైన్ క్లాసుల వర్క్ షీట్ ల తోపాటు ఉపాధ్యాయులు కూడా స్వంతంగా వర్క్ షీట్లు ఇచ్చి నిరంతరం పర్యవేక్షించాలి.
10. విద్యార్థులకు మూల్యాంకన పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించి వారి ప్రగతిని నమోదుచేయాలి.
11. విద్యార్థులకు పాఠ్యపుస్తకాలు, యూనిఫామ్ వచ్చిన వెంటనే అందించాలి.
12. నూతన విద్యార్థులను నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి. TC పై వత్తిడి చేయకపోయినా, కనీసం study , Date of Birth సర్టిఫికెట్లు తెచ్చుకోమనాలి.
13. Work from home ఉన్న రోజు ఇంటివద్దనుండి విద్యార్థులకు కాల్ చేయాలి.
14. వీలయితే స్వంతంగా డిజిటల్ క్లాసులు తయారు చేసుకొని మీకు అనుకూలించిన సమయంలో విద్యార్థులకు బోధించవచ్చు.
15. విద్యార్థులకు త్వరలో రెగ్యులర్ తరగతులు జరుగుతాయని, పరీక్షలుంటాయని శ్రద్దగా ఆన్లైన్ తరగతులు వినాలని గట్టిగా చెప్పాలి.

2).ఉపాధ్యాయులు పాఠశాలలో పూర్తి సమయం ఉండుట
3 )ఆన్లైన్ తరగతులు ఒక ఉపకరణ మాత్రమే , ఈ బోధనకు ఉపాధ్యాయులు, విద్యార్థుల సందేహాలు నివృత్తి చేయాలి
4) తన పాఠశాలలో చదువుతున్న ప్రతి విద్యార్థి ఆన్లైన్ బోధన చూస్తున్నది, వారి తల్లిదండ్రులకు ఫోన్ చేసి తెలుసుకోవాలి, దీనికి ప్రతి ఉపాధ్యాయునికి విద్యార్థులను 20 నుంచి 25 వరకు అడాప్షన్ చేయబడాలి
5) విద్యార్థిని ఫోన్ ద్వారా ఆరోజు ఆన్లైన్లో నేర్చుకున్నా పాఠ్యాంశాన్ని తెలుసుకోవాలి కేవలం ఆన్లైన్లో వినడం మాత్రమే కాకుండా నేర్చుకున్న అంశాలు గురించి చర్చించాలి
6) ప్రతి సి ఆర్ పి ఈ రోజు ఉదయం ఒక పాఠశాల మరియు మధ్యాహ్నం ఒక పాఠశాల వెళ్లి పరిశీలించాలి
7) కాంప్లెక్స్ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు ప్రతిరోజు ఒక పాఠశాల మధ్యాహ్నం తప్పనిసరిగా పరిశీలించాలి
8) మండలానికి ఒక సీనియర్ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు ఆన్లైన్ తరగతులను పర్యవేక్షించడానికి నియమించబడిన ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు పాఠశాల పరిశీలించాలి
9) జిల్లా స్థాయిలో నియమించబడిన పర్యవేక్షణాధికారి ప్రతిరోజు పాఠశాల పర్యవేక్షించాలి ఈ విధముగా పర్యవేక్షించిన వారు మానిటరింగ్ ప్రొఫార్మా గూగుల్ ఫామ్ ద్వారా ప్రతిరోజు సబ్మిట్ చేయాలి
10) ప్రతి పాఠశాలలో స్కూల్ లెవెల్ యాక్షన్ ప్లాన్ ఉండాలి
11) వర్క్ షీట్స్ వీలైనంతవరకూ సాఫ్ట్ కాపీ పద్ధతిలో విద్యార్థులకు షేర్ చేసి వాటికి సమాధానములు నోట్ బుక్ లో వ్రాయ నట్లు చూడాలి
12) ప్రతి విద్యార్థి ఆన్లైన్ క్లాస్ చూసేటట్లు దత్తత తీసుకున్నా ఉపాధ్యాయుడు బాధ్యత వహించాలి
13) మానిటరింగ్ ను సంబంధిత ఉపాధ్యాయుడు సంపూర్ణంగా పర్యవేక్షించిన పూర్తిగా ఆన్లైన్ బోధన విజయవంతం అగును
14) ఉపాధ్యాయులు ఆ రోజుకు సంబంధించిన పాఠ్యాంశం పై విద్యార్థులకు హోం వర్క్/ అసైన్మెంట్ ఇవ్వాలి
15) ప్రతి విద్యార్థికి తమ తరగతి బోధించు ఉపాధ్యాయుల సెల్ నెంబర్లు అందజేయాలి మరియు ఆ విద్యార్థికి ఏర్పడిన సందేహాలను, సలహాలను ఉపాధ్యాయులు నివృత్తి చేయాలి
16 )ప్రతి విద్యార్థికి పుస్తకాలు అందించాలి, అందుకై ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధ తీసుకోవాలి
17) కేవలం రెండు మాసములు మాత్రమే వర్క్ షీట్స్ చేయబడినవి, మిగిలినవి ఉపాధ్యాయులు పాఠశాలలో తయారు చేసుకోవాలి

జిల్లా విద్యాధికారి జూమ్ మీటింగ్ నిర్వహించారు దాంట్లో కొన్ని ప్రధాన అంశాలు మీ ముందు తెలియజేస్తున్నాను ఈ విషయాలు తప్పకుండా పాటించాలి.
1.సెప్టెంబర్ 1నుంచి ఆన్లైన్ తరగతుల నిర్వహణ
A.ఆన్లైన్ తరగతుల నిర్వహణ బాధ్యత పాఠశాల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు మరియు ఉపాద్యాయులదే.
B.పాఠశాలలోని విద్యార్థులు అందరూ ఆన్లైన్ తరగతులు ఉపయోగించుకునేల మరియు వారు ఏ విదంగా తరగతులను వింటున్నారో పాఠశాల లో ప్రతి ఒక్క విద్యార్థి యొక్క సమాచారాన్ని భద్రపరుచాలి.
C.మైగ్రేట్ విద్యార్థుల యొక్క పూర్తి వివరాలను సేకరించి రికార్డ్ చేసుకోగలరు.
D.ఒకవేళ ఎవరైనా విద్యార్థి ఆన్లైన్ తరగతులు వినలేని స్థితిలో గ్రామపంచాయతీ/ మున్సిపాలిటీ వారి సహకారం తీసుకోగలరు.
2.ఆన్లైన్ మ్యాపింగ్ తప్పనిసరి.
3.SCERT నుండి నాలుగు వారాలకు సరిపడా వర్క్ షీట్స్ లు ఉన్నాయి ఆయా తేదీల్లో ప్రసారం అయిన వర్క్ షీట్స్ లను విద్యార్థుల కు ఇవ్వగలరు.
4.నాలుగు వారాల తర్వాత ప్రతి ఉపాద్యాయుడు వారి సబ్జెక్టు యొక్క వర్క్ షీట్ ను తయారు చేసుకొని విద్యార్థుల కు అందజేయాలి.
5.ప్రతి రోజు ఆన్లైన్ తరగతుల నిర్వహణ తరగతి వారీగా విద్యార్థుల యొక్క హాజరును నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి.
6.రేపు అనగా తేదీ 28/08/2020 రోజున కోవిడ్-19 నిబంధనలను పాటిస్తూ ,SMC సమావేశాన్ని నిర్వహించుకోవాలి ఆన్లైన్ తరగతుల గురుంచి వారికి వివరించి వారి సహకారాన్ని తీసుకోగలరు.
7.అడ్మిషన్లు 1 నుండి 5 వ తరగతి వరకు తీసుకోవచ్చు
6 వ తరగతి వెళ్లే విద్యార్థుల కు TC,Bonafide లను తయారుచేసి విద్యార్థులు కు అందజేయగలరు .
8.పాఠశాల విద్యార్థుల యొక్క స్కూల్ యూనిఫామ్ గురుంచి సంబంధిత టైలర్ ను ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు సంప్రదించి పాఠశాల ల కు తెప్పించుకోగలరు.
9.మధ్యాహ్న భోజనం కు ఉపయోగించు బియ్యాన్ని వంట వారి సహకారం తో శుభ్రపరచుకొని తగిన జాగ్రత్తల తో భద్రపరచగలరు.
10.అజీoజీ ప్రేమజీ యూనివర్సిటీ ద్వారా ట్రైన్గింగ్ పొందుతున్న ఉపాద్యాయుల కు ఎలాంటి OD సౌకర్యం లేదు వారు తప్పకుండా పాఠశాలకు హాజరు కావలెను ట్రైన్గింగ్ ఉన్న సమయంను పాఠశాల లనే వినియోగించుకోగలరు.
ముఖ్యగమనిక:- పాఠశాల పనివేళలు ఉదయం 9 గంటల నుండి సాయంత్రం 4 గంటల వరకు కావున పాఠశాల లోని ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు మరియు ఉపాద్యాయులు తప్పక ప్రతి రోజు హాజరు కావలెను.
11.ఉపాద్యాయులు అందరు covid-19 norms ను పాటిస్తూ ఆన్లైన్ తరగతులను విజయవంతం చేయగలరు.
12. వాట్సాప్ గ్రూపులో నెగటివ్ పోస్టింగ్స్ పెట్టకూడదు. అందరు సానుకూల దృక్పధం అలవరచుకోవాలి.
13. మన బాధ్యతల నిర్వహణ పై నెగటివ్ కామెంట్స్ లేదా పోస్టింగ్స్ పెడితే తక్షణ చర్య తీసుకోబడును.

*1. 27 . 8 . 2020 నుండి ఉపాధ్యాయులందరూ విధిగా హాజరు కావాలి .27.8.2020 నుండి నూతన అకాడమిక్ ఇయర్ గా బావిస్తూ రిజిస్టర్ వ్రాసి సంతకాలు చేయాలి.*
*2. 22.3 .2020 నుండి 26. 8 .2020 వరకు అటెండెన్స్ రిజిస్టర్ యందు పేర్లు వ్రాసి lock down period గా నమోదు చేయాలి.*
*3. తరగతి వారి అటెండెంట్ రిజిస్టర్ లో పేర్లు వ్రాసి సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాలి*
*4. 27. 8 .2020 నుండి admissions ఈ ప్రక్రియ ప్రారంభించాలి. అడ్మిషన్ సమయంలో విద్యార్థుల తల్లిదండ్రులు మాత్రమే పాఠశాల ప్రాంగణంలోకి అనుమతించాలి*
*5.తాము బోధించే తరగతి వారీగా వర్క్ షీట్ SCERT Website నుండి download చేసుకొని సిద్ధంగా ఉంచుకోవాలి. లెవెల్ వన్ బేస్ లైన్ మదింపు ఒకటి నుంచి నాలుగు వారాలు ,లెవెల్ టు బోధన అనంతరం మదింపు.*
*6. విద్యార్థులందరూ 1.8 .2020 నుండి TSAT మరియు దూరదర్శన్ చానల్ లో ప్రసారమయ్యే ఆన్లైన్ తరగతులు 100% హాజరయ్యే విధంగా ఉపాధ్యాయులు బాధ్యత వహించాలి ,TV లేని విద్యార్థులను తోటి విద్యార్థుల ఇండ్ల లో కానీ సర్పంచ్ సహకారంతో గ్రామ పంచాయతీలలో టీవీ ఏర్పాటు చేసి COVID నిబంధనలు పాటిస్తూ హాజరయ్యే విధంగా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి , కేబుల్ ఆపరేటర్స్ ని సంప్రదించి TSAT దూరదర్శన్ చానల్ అంతరాయం లేకుండా ప్రసారం అయ్యే విధంగా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి.*
*7.కాంప్లెక్స్ HMs , సీఆర్పీలు, ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు ఆన్లైన్ తరగతులు పై నిరంతర పర్యవేక్షణ చేయాలి.*
*8. తరగతి వారీగా విషయవారిగా e content తయారు చేసుకోవాలి.*
*9. ఉపాధ్యాయులందరూ 27. 8 .2020 రోజు తమ మాతృ పాఠశాలల్లోనే హాజరు కావాలి తదనంతరము మండల విద్యాశాఖ అధికారి ఆదేశాల మేరకు వర్క్ అడ్జస్ట్మెంట్ చేయబడతాయి.*
*10. అందరూ covid19 నిబంధనలు పాటిస్తూ సురక్షితంగా పాఠశాలలకు హాజరుకావాలని సూచించడమైనది*

TODAY’S DEO WARANGAL URBAN’S INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING TOMORROW SCHOOLS REOPENING through ZOOM MEETING - PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS:
1All Teachers attend schools as per regular timings from tomorrow i.,e 27.08.2020.
2Teachers attended schools as per last year deputations where they worked.
Prepare schools very neatly by contacting Grama panchyathis.
3Admissions are to be invited for 1 to 6th and if any other classes also came for admission don’t reject join in schools. Must follow COVID norms.
4All Records to be updates as per promoted classes for children.
5Students need not to attend physically to the school for classes even in admission process also. No conditions apply as to attend child for admission, we can give admission if parent or guardian attend school.
6Teachers SCERT worksheets download and go through them.
7Teachers Social distance to be maintained while attending school.
Teachers Contact or reach the child and verify the digital equipment by following COVID Norms, if child not have any equipment other arrangements to be made by the HMs and teachers.
8Available local youth help by can take by the HMs for publicity of these online classes.
9Text books should reach to all the children.
10Learning outcomes based teaching is going.
11Teachers prepare work sheets as per their children except SCERT worksheets and sent to children.
12HMs and Teachers Motivation and wide publicity should be given to parents, SMC members and Local Authorities regarding online classes.
