"రాష్ట్రములోని నిరుపేద కుటుంబాలలో ఆడపిల్ల వివాహ కార్యక్రమము భారం కాకుండా మరియు పెళ్లి కుమార్తె పెళ్లి అయి అత్త వారింటికి వెళ్ళిన తరువాత కూడా అభద్రతా భావంతో ఉండకుండా ఉండేందుకు గాను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం వారు పెళ్లి కానుక పథకానికి శ్రీకారం చుట్టారు. ఈ పథకం ద్వారా ప్రభుత్వం పేదింటి ఆడపిల్లకు ఆర్ధిక సహాయం చేయడం ద్వారా అండగా ఉండడమే కాక, బాల్య వివాహాలు నిర్మూలించేందుకు మరియు వివాహం రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చెయ్యడం ద్వారా వధువుకి రక్షణ కల్పించడం ''వైఎస్సార్ పెళ్ళికానుక'' రూప కల్పన ముఖ్య ఉద్దేశ్యం."
నమోదు చేసుకునే సమయానికి వివాహ వేదిక, వివాహ సమయం నిర్ణయించ బడి ఉండాలి. వివాహ తేదీకి కనీసం 5 రోజుల ముందు నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి. పట్టణ ప్రాంతంలో ఉండేవారు అర్బన్ మెప్మా లో నమోదు చేసుకోవచ్చు.
2 వధువు మరియు వరుడు ఇద్దరూ ఆంద్ర ప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్ర నివాసితులై ఉండాలి
3 వధువు మరియు వరుడు ఇద్దరూ ఆధారు కార్డు కలిగి ఉండాలి.
4 వధువు తప్పనిసరిగా తెల్ల రేషను కార్డు కలిగి ఉండాలి
5 వివాహ తేది నాటికీ వధువుకు 18 సంవత్సరములు మరియు వరుడుకు 21 సంవత్సరములు పూర్తి
6 కేవలం మొదటిసారి వివాహము చేసుకొనే వారు మాత్రమే ఈ పధకమునకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకొనుటకు అర్హులు. అయితే, వధువు వితంతువు అయినప్పటికీ ఈ పధకమునకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకొనవచ్చును

Government of Andhra Pradesh launched YSR Pellikaanuka scheme to provide financial support and security to poorest families for the girl's wedding ceremony in the state and also to provide financial security even after the marriage. The main objective of this scheme "YSR Pellikaanuka" to help the poor girl by providing financial support and abolish child marriages and protect the bride by registering the marriage.
Registrations shall be made at least (5) calendar days before the date of marriage. The Registrations can be performed from Registration-Cum-Help Desks at the MEPMA Municipality for Urban Area citizens.
2. Officers will then do field inspection.
3. Before the wedding, 20% of the incentive will be deposited in the bank account of the bride after field verification
4. The rest of the money is deposited after getting married.
5. Afterwards the marriage certificate is issued.
Both the bride and bride groom must be residents of the state of Andhra Pradesh
Both the bride and bride groom must have an Aadhaar card.
The bride must have a white ration card
The bride must be 18 years of age and bride groom must be 21 years of age as on the date of marriage.
Only those who are married for the first time are eligible to apply for the scheme. However, the bride can apply for the scheme if she is a widow.
Marriage should only take place in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Both the bride and bride groom must have an Aadhaar card.
The bride must have a white ration card
The bride must be 18 years of age and bride groom must be 21 years of age as on the date of marriage.

The annual household income of the applicant must be less than rupees 200000
The applicant must be a newlywed.
Marriage should have taken place in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
Widows and divorcees are not applicable to the scheme.
For Rural Area Citizens- Registrations shall be made at least (5) calendar days before the date of marriage. The Registrations can be performed from Registration-Cum-Help Desks at the Mandal Mahila Samakhyas / Velugu Office for Rural Area citizens

పథక మార్గదర్శకాలు:
- మండల సమాఖ్య / మెప్మా కార్యాలయంలో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి.
- అనంతరం అధికారులు క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో పరిశీలిస్తారు.
- వివాహానికి ముందే సాయం మొత్తంలో 20 శాతం పెళ్లికుమార్తె బ్యాంకు ఖాతాలో వేస్తారు.
- వివాహమయ్యాక మిగతా మొత్తాన్ని జమ చేస్తారు.
- అనంతరం వివాహ ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రం ఇస్తారు.
వైఎస్సార్ పెళ్ళికానుక లో నమోదు చేసుకునే విధానము
నమోదు చేసుకునే సమయానికి వివాహ వేదిక, వివాహ సమయం నిర్ణయించ బడి ఉండాలి. వివాహ తేదీకి కనీసం 5 రోజుల ముందు నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి. గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లో ఉన్న వారు రూరల్ వెలుగు మండల మహిళ సమాఖ్యలో నమోదు చేసుకోవచ్చు.నమోదు చేసుకునే సమయానికి వివాహ వేదిక, వివాహ సమయం నిర్ణయించ బడి ఉండాలి. వివాహ తేదీకి కనీసం 5 రోజుల ముందు నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి. పట్టణ ప్రాంతంలో ఉండేవారు అర్బన్ మెప్మా లో నమోదు చేసుకోవచ్చు.
