e-SR చేయడానిి మందుగా Original SR ని update చేస్తకోవాలి. దీనితో ప్లట కొనిి
సరిఫిికెటాకూడా సాక న్ చేయవలసి ఉంటంది. అవి
1. ST, SC, BC కులల వారు అయితే వారి యొక్క Scanned Copy of latest Cast Certificate.
2. Differently Abled అయితే Scanned Copy of latest Medical Certificate & Appointment of Guardian.
3. డిజిటల్ లేెస్ిప్లస్ ఫోట్ల మరియు అప్లయింెి ంట్ నాటి ప్లస్ ఫోట్ల. అలే ఒక్రం లోపు రదవీ విరమణ చేసేటటవంటి ఉద్యా గుల ఫాా మిలీ జాయింట్ ఫోట్ల మరియు సింగిల్ ఫోట్ల.
4. Education Details సంబంధించి ఉద్యా గానిి సంబంధించి Qualification తో ప్లట SSC to Higher Education whichever secured ( Below 7th Class, Below SSC/10th Class, SSC/10th Class, Intermediate/ 12th Class/Diploma, Graduation, B.Ed, Post Graduation, M.Phil, M.Ed, T.T.C., Ph.D,LLB/BL) సంబంధించిన సరిఫిికెట్ కూడా సాకన్చే సి పెటికోవాలి. Upload Local Status Certificate (or) SR Extract
6. Scanned Copy of Bank passbook 1st page along with IFSC Code గాని లేదా ఆన్లన్ా డీెయిల్ బాాంక్ సేెి ింట్ (న్ట్ బాాంింగ్ ఉనివారు).
7. Scanned Copy of PAN Card or supporting document.
8. Provident Fund ఉని ఎంప్లాయిస్ అయితే (GPF/ Class-IV GPF, ZPPF) ి సంబంధించి 31/03/2019 బాా లెన్ు ఉని టవంటి PF సిపుా పలు. AIS,CPS GIA,EPF, Others వంటి ఎంప్లాయిస్యొక్క Provident Fund Account Number
9. CPS సంబంధించిన ఎంప్లాయిస్ అయితే PRAN Card or supporting document.
10. Scanned Copy of APGLI Bond.
11. Scanned Copy of మడిక్ల్ ఫిెిస్ సరిఫిికెట్.
12. Scanned Copy of Anticident verification certificate.
13. Oath of Aligience with DDO Attestation.
14. Oath of Secrecy with DDO Attestation.
15. Scanned Copy of Immovable Properties/ Movable Properties, property permission.
16. Scanned Copy of Leave Travel Concession permission.
17. Scanned Copys of Interest Bearing Advances (HBA, MCA, MA, CA, FA, APGLI) Sanctioned Order and Formalities fulfilled Certificate and Clearance Certificate Details also.
18. Scanned Copys of Group Insurance Scheme Certificate (or) SR Extract.
19. Provident Fund ఉని ఎంప్లాయిస్ అయితే Sanctioned Order of Tempery Avances/ Part filen With Drawl.
20. CPS subscription particulars from 01/04/2020 in the proforma.
21. Scanned Copys of Department Test passed and all Training certificates.
22. Incentives/Awards/Rewards/Seva Patakam if any. ప్లస్ ఫోట్ల size 256kb లోరల, మిగిలిన అనిి Documents size 1mb లోరల ఉండే విధ్మగా సాక న్ చేయాలి.
Parts ప్రకారమ డేటా ఎంప్ీ చేస్తకుంటూ సంబంధిత్ డాకుా మంట్ు అటాచ్ చేసూత,
దీనిని పూరితచేయాలి. ఆ త్ర్యీ త్ మొత్మత SR సాక న్ చేసి Final Confirmation చేసే మందర
Attach చేయాలి. అంత్న అయిన త్రువాత్ Employee ESR Final Confirmation లో part wise
క్నాఫ మ్ చేయాలి.

5) Payroll Pre-Request
6) Pension for All India Service Officers
7) Pay slip Simulation
