Instructions for updating the TEACHER CARD in CSE DATA BASE


As  teacher transfers are coming soon The CSE Database has instructed CSE to update the Teachers' Contact and Communication Details by June 25th .But since the CSE site is not working at the moment, that date is still a bit ahead.  Instructions to Principals of Primary, Primary & High Schools

Hello Everyone, Welcome to the paatashaala.in page. The School Education Department has given a Memo on June 20th 2020. The memo is about Coduct of Reapportion of Teaching Staff under various managements viz., Govt, Zilla Parishad, Mandal Praja Parishad Scools and the Andhra Pradesh Teachers (Regulation of Transfers ) Rules 2020-Certain Instructions and Guidelines . According to this memo all the teachers have to update thier Contact and Communication Details in the Teachers Database till 25-06-2020 for further course of action.



HOW TO DOWNLOAD & EDIT TEACHERS DATA CARDS IN CSE WEBSITE

Lets Know how the teachers details like  Contact and Communication Details  are updated in the Teachers Database

1. Visit the Official Website cse.ap.gov.in
2. A page will open, here click on login
3. Then User name and Password will be asked
4 User Name is School UDISE Code
5 enter the Password and Captcha code and Submit
6 A page will be opened here click on process->Teacher Card Details
7. Use  Treasury ID we can download the Teacher Card Details pdf
8. Then click on "Download pdf"
9 Then your pdf will be downloaded.
10 Now we should check the personal Details ,Contact and Communication Details
11. If they are correct and appropriate no need of updation
12. If the details are not correct then On the top of the page click on Services ->Cadre strength and TIS for government Schools Click
13. All the Teachers names will be displayed
14. Opposite to the Teachers Name Edit /Delete option is available.
15 Click on Edit
16 Then click on Personal Details
17. Now here give the correct details like phone numbers address detaiils
18 Then Click on save
19 Teachers Personal Details Have been Updated Successfully will be displayed on the screen
20. Your phone number at the Department of Education will receive OTP messages. Therefore, verify the phone number.
21. Downloaded Teacher Card details should be submitted to the Principal by checking and updating the Teacher Card at any time for any details to be updated.
22. Contact your principals or MEOs if they have any problems updating the Teacher Card.

ఉపాధ్యాయుల బదిలీలు త్వరలో జరుగనున్న దృష్ట్యా CSE Database లో ఉపాధ్యాయుల యొక్క Contact మరియు Communication వివరాలు జూన్ 25వ తారీఖులోపు అప్డేట్ చేయమని CSE వారు ఆదేశించడమయినది.
 కానీ ప్రస్తుతం CSE సైట్ పని చేయని కారణంగా ఆ తేదీ కాస్తా ముందుకు జరుగుతూ ఉంది.
ప్రాధమిక, ప్రాధమికోన్నత & ఉన్నత పాఠశాలల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకు సూచనలు



  1. Open website cse.ap.gov.in
  2. Click on CSE portal మీద క్లిక్ చేయండి.
  3. Login మీద క్లిక్ చేయండి
  4. మీ పాఠశాల UDISE CODE , Pass word ఉన్న కాప్చర్ కోడ్ ఎంటర్ చేసి సబ్మిట్ చేయండి.
  5. పైన ప్రాసెస్ లో టీచర్ కార్డ్ డీటెయిల్స్ మీద క్లిక్ చేయండి.
  6. పై బాక్స్ లో ఐడి ని ఎంటర్ చేసి మీ వివరములు పిడిఎఫ్ రూపములో డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకొనండి.
  7. బదిలీ దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునేవారు తప్పనిసరిగా ఫోన్ లింక్ వెరిఫై చేసుకోవాలి.  విద్యా శాఖ వద్ద ఉన్న మీ ఫోన్ నెంబరుకు ఓటీపీ మెసేజ్ లు వస్తాయి. అందువల్ల ఫోన్ నెంబర్ తప్పనిసరిగా వెరిఫై చేసుకోండి.*
  8. డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుచేసుకున్న టీచర్ కార్డ్ డీటెయిల్స్ ఒక సారి సరిచూసుకొని ఏమైనా వివరములు అప్డేట్ చేయవలసినచో టీచర్ కార్డ్ లో అప్డేట్ చేసి సంతకము చేసి ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుల వారికి సమర్పించవలెను.
  9. టీచర్ కార్డ్ లో అప్డేట్ చేయడంలో ఏవైనా సమస్యలు ఉంటే మీ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు లేదా MEO లను సంప్రదించండి.
