బుక్ చేసుకోవచ్చు. వాట్సాప్ ద్వారా గ్యాస్ సిలిండర్ బుక్ చేసుకోవాలని భావించే వారు ముందుగా మీ గ్యాస్ సిలిండర్ కంపెనీని మొబైల్ ఫోన్‌లో సేవ్ 
చేసుకోవాలి. తర్వాత గ్యాస్ సిలిండర్ బుకింగ్ కోసం రిక్వెస్ట్ చేసుకోవాలి. సెకన్లలోనే గ్యాస్ సిలిండర్ బుక్ అయిపోతుంది. మీకు మళ్లీ రిప్లే కూడా వస్తుంది. 
భారత్ గ్యాస్ బుకింగ్ చేసే విధానం:
భారత్ గ్యాస్ ఉపయోగించే వారు 1800224344 నెంబర్‌ను వారి మొబైల్ ఫోన్‌లో సేవ్ చేసుకోవాలి. 
తర్వాత వాట్సాప్‌లోకి వెళ్లి హాయ్ లేదా హెలో అని మెసేజ్ పెట్టాలి. 
తర్వాత మీకు రిప్లే వస్తుంది. 
తర్వాత మీరు సిలిండర్ బుక్ చేసుకోవచ్చు.
ఇండెన్ గ్యాస్ బుకింగ్ చేసే విధానం:
 మీరు ఇండెన్ గ్యాస్ వాడితే.. 7588888824 అనే నెంబర్‌ను ఫోన్‌లో సేవ్ చేసుకోవాలి. 
తర్వాత వాట్సాప్ లోకి వెళ్లాలి. 
ఇప్పుడు రీఫిల్ బుకింగ్ అని మెసేజ్ పెట్టాలి. 
క్షణాల్లోనే మీ సిలిండర్ బుక్ అవుతుంది.
HP గ్యాస్ బుకింగ్ చేసే విధానం:
 హెచ్‌పీ గ్యాస్ సిలిండర్ వాడే వారు 9222201122 నెంబర్ ద్వారా వాట్సాప్‌లో సిలిండర్ బుక్ చేసుకోవచ్చు. 
ఇకపోతే వాట్సాప్ ప్రొఫైల్‌లో గ్యాస్ సిలిండర్ బుకింగ్ ఎలా చేయాలనే వివరాలు ఉంటాయి. 
వినియోగదారులు వాటిని ఫాలో అయితే సరిపోతుంది.

మీ కన్స్యూమర్ నెంబర్ ఎంటర్ చేయుట ద్వారా మీ గ్యాస్ బుక్ చేసుకోవచ్చు. మీరు సంవత్సరం లో ఎన్ని సిలెండర్స్ వాడారో, మీ Quota వివరాలు, ఇతర సలహాలు వాట్సప్ ద్వారా తెలుసుకో వచ్చు.

గ్యాస్ అయిపోయినప్పుడు ఇది వరకు బుకింగ్ కోసం ఎంతో ఇబ్బందులు పడే వారు ఎలా చేయాలో తెలవక, డబ్బులు బ్యాంకులో పడ్డాయో లేదో అని డీలర్,బ్యాంక్ చుట్టూ తెగ తిరిగేవారు, ఇప్పుడు మీరు కష్డపడకుండా తేలికగా తెలుసుకోవచ్చు.మీరు సంవత్సరం లో ఎన్ని సీలిండర్స్ వాడారో,మీ Quota వివరాలు,ఇతర సలహాలు వాట్సప్ ద్వారా తెలుసుకో వచ్చు.

2. HP Gas Whatsapp Booking Number is 9222201122.
3. After saving the HP Gas Whatsapp number, search the HP Gas Contact in the Whatsapp.
4. You can Get the HP Gas Whatsapp Number.
5. Then Just Type the Help and send it.
6. You will be received a Message as "Please send any of the below Keyword to get help.SUBSIDY/QUOTA/LPGID/BOOK.

For Booking of Gas:

Type for BOOK and send it then you get your details like Name & Consumer No, and asks to send Y to confirm booking. Type Y and send it. Then you will be received the confirmation of booking, Reference No, and delivery authentication code.

1. The Consumer has to type SUBSIDY and send it to HP Gas WhatsApp number. The complete details wll be displayed as follows.

3. Refill Subsidy Sent on so and so date to your Account No XXXXXXXXXX Bank: STATE BANK OF INDIA.

5. Refill Subsidy Sent on so and so date to your Account No XXXXXXXXXX Bank: STATE BANK OF INDIA.
6. Refill Subsidy Sent on so and so date to your Account No XXXXXXXXXX Bank: STATE BANK OF INDIA.

To Get Quota Details:

The HP Consumer has to type QUOTA and send it to HP Gas WhatsApp Number. You will be received a message that You have consumed 3/12 Cylinders out of your quota for subsidized cylinders.

To get LPG Consumer 17 Digis LPG ID Type LPGID and send it, OR go you can go to Website: www.mylpg.in and enter your details to get your ID.

Indane Gas Consumers Booking Process:

1. Save the WhatsApp Number 7588888824 of Indane Gas Consumers.
2. Then search the contact in the WhatsApp.
3. Type Help and send it.
4. Then you will be received the message as follows.

HP Gas consumers can call up from a landline/mobile and book their refill/register their complaint (by entering their Distributor Telephone Number and Consumer Number).

For unregistered customer

1. Make call to the IVR Number.
2. Select your language option.
3. Enter the dealer land line number without STD Code.
4. Enter the consumer Number.
5. Enter 1 for book refill.
6. If the booking done successfully, then the IVR System will play the booking number and ask for set the called number as personal registration.
7. Your mobile No. now can be registered by pressing 1

For registered user

1. Make call to IVR Number.

2. Confirm your consumer number.

3. Enter 1 for book refill.

If the booking done successfully, then the IVR System will play the booking number note down the booking number. When you book for refill cylinder by using mobile, you will receive an SMS confirming the Booking of refill cylinder with booking reference number along with pending refill booking cleared date.

When cash memo of your refill booking generated by the distributor, you will receive an SMS with cash memo No. date, type of cash memo (subsidised / non-subsidised) and it’s amount.

When the cylinder is delivered, you will receive an SMS confirming the delivery of the refill cylinder with delivery date and cash memo No.

Refill booking through SMS

This facility is available to all HPGas Customers of all states. To avail the facility, please follow the steps given below:

One time register your Mobile number in HP ANY TIME number of the state.

For Registering your mobile number , please send SMS to the HP ANY TIME number

HP<space>DistributorPhoneNumberWithStdCode<space>ConsumerNumber

For Refill Booking(through SMS) Type HPGAS and send to HP ANY TIME No. of the State.

When you book for refill cylinder, you will receive an SMS confirming the Booking of refill cylinder with booking reference number along with pending refill booking cleared date.

When cash memo of your refill booking generated by the distributor, you will receive an SMS with cash memo No. date, type of cash memo (subsidised / non-subsidised) and it’s amount.

A Mobile application now available for LPG consumers on Android and iphones with options to book Refill cylinder, to register request for second cylinder, log a complaint, check the history of refill supplies received, to put a request for surrender of connection and also rate your distributor.

The Mobile Application is presently available for Android phones in the Google play store and for iphones on Apple Store.

Install the application by selecting 'HPGas'

ACTIVATION
Once application is downloaded, take following steps for its activation. Press activate - It will ask for:

Distributor Code (Available on Transparency Portal)
Consumer no
Mobile no

Submit the details.

You will receive an SMS with the activation code on your mobile.

After receiving activation code, application on mobile is to be launched and activation code to be fed.

It will also ask to give your own security code (a password) so that at later stage whenever this application is used, it will ask for your security code, verify the same and allow you to use the options.
