It has come to the notice of the Government that, some Gram Volunteers and Ward Volunteers vacancies arose due to unauthorised absence, irregular in attending duties and some have resigned their job during the crisis of outbreak of Covid-19. Government also noticed that, as the role of the Village/Ward Volunteers in delivering the services to the door steps of Households is crucial, there is an immediate need to fill up the vacancies arose due to resignation and for other reasons.
గ్రామ, వార్డు వలంటీరు పోస్టులకు ఈ నెల 20వ తేదీ నుంచి దరఖాస్తులు తీసుకుని, మే ఒకటవ తేదీ కల్లా నియామకాలు పూర్తి చేయాలని ఆదేశించింది. వలంటీర్ల ఎంపిక సమయంలో 50 శాతం పోస్టులను మహిళలకు రిజర్వేషన్లు అమలు చేయాలన ప్రభుత్వం ఎంపీడీవో, మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్లకు ఇచ్చిన ఆదేశాల్లో స్పష్టం చేసింది
కొవిడ్ -19 వ్యాప్తి సంక్షోభం సమయంలో కొందరు గ్రామ్/వార్డ్ వాలంటీర్లు, అనధికారికంగా లేకపోవడం, తమ ఉద్యోగానికి రాజీనామా చేయడం, విధులకు హాజరుకావడం సక్రమంగా లేకపోవడం, వల్ల కొంతమంది గ్రామ్ వాలంటీర్లు, వార్డ్ వాలంటీర్ల ఖాళీలు ఏర్పడ్డాయని ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టికి వచ్చింది. ప్రభుత్వం కూడా దీనిని గమనించింది గృహస్థుల తలుపుల దశలకు సేవలను అందించడంలో గ్రామ / వార్డ్ వాలంటీర్ల పాత్ర చాలా ముఖ్యమైనది, రాజీనామా కారణంగా మరియు ఇతర కారణాల వల్ల ఏర్పడిన ఖాళీలను భర్తీ చేయడానికి ప్రభుత్వం మార్గదర్శకాలను జారీ చేసింది, ఈ పోస్టులను పూరించడానికి (వాకన్సిస్) ప్రభుత్వం ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది.

Educational Qualifications :
Candidates should have passed 10th/12th Class, Diploma, Degree or equivalent from the recognized board or university.
AGE:
The applicant shall be of at least 18 years of age as on 01.01.2020 and shall have not exceeded 35 years.

దరఖాస్తుదారుడు వయస్సు 01.01.2020 నాటికి కనీసం 18 సంవత్సరాలు నిండి ఉండాలి మరియు 35 సంవత్సరాలు మించకూడదు.

In case of Panchayats:
All eligible applicants shall be called for interview by the Selection Committee consisting of MPDO/ Tahsildar / EO (PR&RD). The letter of engaging the services of selected Village Volunteers will be issued by the Chairman of the Selection Committee, i.e., the MPDOs

అర్హతగల దరఖాస్తుదారులందరినీ ఎంపిక కమిటీ ఛైర్మన్, అనగా, MPDO లు ఎంపిడిఓ / తహశీల్దార్ / ఇఓ (పిఆర్ అండ్ ఆర్డి) తో కూడిన సెలక్షన్ కమిటీ ఇంటర్వ్యూ కోసం పిలుస్తుంది. ఎంచుకున్న గ్రామ వాలంటీర్ల సేవలను నిమగ్నం చేసే లేఖ జారీ చేయబడుతుంది
In case of Urban Local Bodies:
All eligible applicants shall be called for interview by the Selection Committee consisting of Municipal Commissioner, Tahasildar and PO / TMC, MEPMA. The letter of engaging the services of selected Ward Volunteers will be issued by the Chairman of the Selection Committee, i.e., the Municipal Commissioner.
పట్టణ స్థానిక సంస్థల విషయంలో:
అర్హులైన దరఖాస్తుదారులందరినీ మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్, తహశీల్దార్ మరియు పిఒ / టిఎంసి, మెప్మాతో కూడిన సెలక్షన్ కమిటీ ఇంటర్వ్యూ కోసం పిలుస్తుంది. ఎంపిక చేసిన వార్డ్ వాలంటీర్ల సేవలను నిమగ్నం చేసే లేఖను సెలక్షన్ కమిటీ ఛైర్మన్ జారీ చేస్తారు, అనగా మునిసిపల్ కమిషనర్.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
The interview board will select the most eligible applicants based on the following four parameters:
- Should have knowledge on various Government Schemes, Programs, welfare activities - 25 Marks.
- Previous work experience on various Government Welfare Departments and programs/ NGOs/Federations/Social activities - 25 Marks.
- Leadership qualities, good communication skills and general awareness – 25 Marks.
- Soft Skills - 25 Marks Each of the four parameters will carry 25 marks each totaling to 100 marks.
ఇంటర్వ్యూ బోర్డు ఈ క్రింది నాలుగు పారామితుల ఆధారంగా అత్యంత అర్హత గల దరఖాస్తుదారులను ఎన్నుకుంటుంది:
- వివిధ ప్రభుత్వ పథకాలు, కార్యక్రమాలు, సంక్షేమ కార్యకలాపాలపై జ్ఞానం ఉండాలి - 25 మార్కులు.
- వివిధ ప్రభుత్వ సంక్షేమ విభాగాలు మరియు కార్యక్రమాలు / ఎన్జిఓలు / సమాఖ్యలు / సామాజిక కార్యకలాపాలపై మునుపటి పని అనుభవం.
- నాయకత్వ లక్షణాలు, మంచి కమ్యూనికేషన్ నైపుణ్యాలు మరియు సాధారణ అవగాహన.
- సాఫ్ట్ స్కిల్స్ - 25 మార్కులు నాలుగు పారామితులలో ఒక్కొక్కటి 25 మార్కులు మొత్తం 100 మార్కులకు తీసుకువెళతాయి.
