Questioning is the most important communication process we use in everyday life to acquire knowledge, to raise doubts, and to elicit Questioning in the classroom is the most important teaching process. It is easy to question in the mother tongue. But the English language is a bit embarrassing. Thus, a little reasoning is needed in order to be able to interrogate the classroom in general. I hope that the content of this book can contribute to that. Let us try some examples.
In English, there are four types of questions: general or yes/no questions, special questions using wh-words, choice questions, and disjunctive or tag/tail questions. Let's look at each type in more details.
