Marubeni India Meritorious Scholarship 2019-20 for Higher Education
Marubeni India Meritorious Scholarship 2019 – Marubeni India Private Limited (MIPL) invites applications for Marubeni India Meritorious Scholarship 2019-20 from talented, meritorious and needy students for pursuing their higher education.
Aims
The program, in its fourth year now, is aimed at supporting meritorious and needy students towards pursuing higher education across disciplines. The scholarship applications are open for students across India.
The Marubeni India Meritorious Scholarship Program was initially launched in 2016-17. Till date MIPL has awarded 278 scholarships worth INR 1.19 Crores.

This scholarship is offered by Marubeni India Private Limited.
Scholars Benefits
A total of upto 100 scholarships will be awarded. A minimum amount of INR 40,000 will be credited to the bank account of each student selected for the scholarship
Note: The scholarship payment will be made in a single installment.
Eligibility Criteria
The following eligibility criteria should be fulfilled (all conditions) to be eligible for this scholarship:
Students enrolled in 1st year of full-time Undergraduate / Professional / Technical Courses with state/ UGC recognized Universities / Reputed Engineering, Management and other Technical Institutes
Students residing anywhere in India may apply
Applicants must have scored more than 75% marks in Class 12 board exams in academic session 2018-19
Total family income of the applicant is not more than INR 4,00,000 (4 Lakhs) per annum
Children of Marubeni/Buddy4Study employees are not eligible for this program
Applicants must not be availing any other scholarship benefits of INR 6,000 per annum or more
Selection Criteria
Initially, the candidates will be shortlisted based on their class 12 performance and annual family income and background
The candidates will then be selected for telephonic interview round based on the shortlisting. After the telephonic round, candidates will be shortlisted for the final personal interview round
This personal interview round will be conducted by the Marubeni team.

Step 2: Login/Register using Facebook, Google or using the Email id.
Step 3: Once signed in, click on ‘Start Application’ to start filling the form.
Step 4: Fill in all the details and upload the required documents.
Step 5: Finally, click on ‘Submit’.

Documents Required
The applicants must submit the following documents while applying for the scholarship. (Submit scanned copies of all available documents)
Passport size photo; One age proof document (Acceptable documents: Birth certificate, First and last pages of a valid Indian passport, Driver’s license, Class 10 mark sheet with Date of Birth mentioned); One identity proof (Acceptable documents: PAN Card, Voter Identity Card, Driver’s License, Aadhar Card, Class 10 mark sheet with photo)
Family income certificate (anyone): BPL card (if belonging to BPL category); Income certificate (Government approved organization); Recent monthly pay slip of the main wage-earner of the family
Qualification Certificates: Class 10 mark sheet; Class 12 mark sheet

*రెండు రకాల ఇంటర్వ్యూలు నిర్వహించి ఉపకారవేతనాలకు అర్హులను ఎంపిక చేస్తారు.*
*ఆర్థిక ఇబ్బందులున్న మెరిట్‌ విద్యార్థులను ఉన్నతవిద్య దిశగా ప్రోత్సహించాలనే ఉద్దేశంతో ఎంఐపీఎల్‌ మరుబెనీ ఇండియా మెరిటోరియస్‌ స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌లను అందిస్తోంది. విభాగాలతో సంబంధం లేకుండా దేశవ్యాప్తంగా వీటిని ఇస్తున్నారు. మొత్తం 100 వరకూ స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌లు ఉంటాయి. ఎంపికైనవారికి ఒకేసారి రూ.40,000 నుంచి రూ.50,000 వరకూ అందజేస్తారు.*
*అర్హతలు* గుర్తింపు పొందిన సంస్థ నుంచి ఫుల్‌టైం అండర్‌ గ్రాడ్యుయేట్‌/ ప్రొఫెషనల్‌/ టెక్నికల్‌ కోర్సుల్లో మొదటి సంవత్సరం చదువుతున్నవారు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవడానికి అర్హులు
*ఇంటర్మీడియట్‌లో 75% మార్కులు సాధించి ఉండాలి.*
*కుటుంబ వార్షిక ఆదాయం రూ.4 లక్షలకు మించకూడదు.*
* ఏడాదికి రూ.6000 కన్నా తక్కువగా ఇతర స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌లు పొందుతున్నవారూ దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు.*
*ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియ: మెరిట్‌, ఆర్థిక అవసరాల ఆధారంగా ఎంపిక ఉంటుంది.*
దరఖాస్తుల పరిశీలన అనంతరం టెలిఫోన్‌ ద్వారా ఇంటర్వ్యూ చేస్తారు. అందులో ఉత్తీర్ణులైనవారికి వ్యక్తిగత ఇంటర్వ్యూ నిర్వహిస్తారు. దీనిలోనూ ప్రతిభ చూపితే స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌ ఇస్తారు. తుది ఫలితాలను డిసెంబర్‌లో ప్రకటిస్తారు.
ఆసక్తి ఉన్నవారు ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఈ-మెయిల్‌/ ఫేస్‌బుక్‌/ గూగుల్‌ అకౌంట్లతోనూ నమోదు చేసుకోవచ్చు. దరఖాస్తు ఫీజు ఏమీ లేదు.*
