ISRO Recruitment 2019: Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is inviting online applications for the recruitment of Scientist/ Engineer post on its official website. The eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of ISRO - isro.gov.in. The last date to submit online applications for ISRO Scientist/Engineer recruitment October 14, 2019. ISRO is conducting this recruitment drive to fill up 21 vacancies. ISRO will conduct the written examination for Scientist/Engineer recruitment on January 12, 2020.
Educational Qualification:
- For Civil: BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Civil Engineering in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10
- For Electrical: BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Electrical Engineering OR Electrical and Electronics Engineering in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10
- For Refrigeration & Air Conditioning: BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or allied subjects as electives or as a core subject in any of the semesters, in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10
- For Architecture: Bachelor degree in Architecture in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65% or CGPA 6.84/10 and registration with the Council of Architecture.
Age Limit:
35 years as on 14.10.2019 (40 years in case of ST candidates and 38 years for OBC candidates, against posts reserved for these categories). Ex-Serviceman and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD) are eligible for age relaxation as per Govt. of India orders.
The Application Fee is Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) for each application. Candidates may make the payment 'online' using Internet Banking/Debit Card or 'Offline' by visiting nearest SBI Branch.
Pay Scale: Level 10 of Pay Matrix and will be paid minimum basic pay of Rs. 56100/- p.m
ISRO Recruitment – Selection Process:
The selection process is based on the written test/interview. The written test paper consists of 80 objective type questions carrying equal marks. Based on the performance in the Written Test candidates will be short-listed for interview.
Payment Mode: Candidates may make the payment ‘online’ using Internet Banking/Debit Card or ‘Offline’ by visiting nearest SBI Branch. Candidates after submitting their application can pay application fee immediately or any day before the last date for fee payment which is 16.10.2019.
How to apply :
The application for on-line registration will be hosted in the ISRO web-site between 24.09.2019 and 14.10.2019. The candidates registered under National Career Services (NCS) portal and fulfilling the eligibility conditions may apply duly following the procedure stated. Applications will be received on-line only. Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference. E-mail ID of the applicant will have to be given in the application compulsorily. The last date for submitting on-line application is 14.10.2019.
- Before applying to Online Applicants have valid email & Scanned copies of photo, signature.
- Candidates log on to http://www.isro.gov.in/.
- Go to “Career” & Select the desired post.
- Read the information carefully & Click on “Apply Online”.
- Click on “Click here for New Registration”, if you are new user.
- Complete the Registration & Click on “Submit”.
- After Registration, Log in with Registered Number & Password.
- Fill the all details in the application & upload Photo, Signature.
- Application fee should be paid through Online & then Submit the Form by click on “Make Payment”.
- Take a print out of Online application for future use.
