The positions will be filled in by the procedure of LIC Housing Exams. LIC HFL Recruitment 2019 :

The 200 marks examination will include four broad sections on English Language, Logical Reasoning, Numerical Ability and General Awareness. The exam will be conducted for a total span of 120 minutes. There will be negative marking for wrongs answers (deducting 0.25 marks per wrong answer) and the cut-off will be decided on an overall and sectional basis. Those who clear both the cut-offs will qualify for a personal interview.
