AP Gram Sachivalayam Results Date 2019, Merit List/Selected Candidates list Andhra Pradesh

Government has successfully conducted grama/ward sachivalayam examinations from 1st September to 8th September, 2019. Village and Ward secretariat exams results will be announced before September 20. Ajeya Kallam, Principal Advisor to Chief Minister, Solman Aroldaraj, Principal Secretary to CM, Gopal Krishna Dwivedi, Principal Secretary, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, Shyamala Rao secretary, MAUD, Girija Sankar, Commissioner PR&RD & Vijaya Kumar Commissioner, MAUD addressed a press conference on Monday (9th September) at the Secretariat at Velagapudi on successful completion of the examinations for the village and ward secretariats. Speaking on this occasion, Ajeya Kallam said that the exams have been conducted peacefully as per the schedule. He stated that it became one of the great achievements in the history of the state, since the government created more than 1.34 lakh jobs in a single attempt, within the first 100 days. He said that there was no such massive recruitment in the State in the past 20 years. Ajeya Kallam termed the recruitment as a silent revolution.

AP Grama Sachivalayam Final answer Keys & OMR Sheets

 Vijaya Kumar explained that they had hired people to work for two shifts to scan the OMR sheets. The team is able to scan at least 3 lakh OMR sheets per day and could complete the work within one week He further explained that the final key for all the exams would be declared shortly. After declaring the final key, the same will be used to calculate the marks of the candidates. On the other hand, the candidates also could understand their marks by going through the final key, since the candidates are given the duplicate copy of their OMR sheet. After calculating the marks, the ranks will be declared category-wise and the list will be given to the respective District Collectors. Based on that, the District Collectors will ensure the original certificate verification procedure.

After completion of the certificate verification, the government will hand over the appointment order to the selected candidates. Dwivedi informed that the selected candidates will be given formal training for a couple of days before they would be inducted in their respective posts.

The AP State is going to announce the cutoff marks for Grama Sachivalayam written test.
