AP Grama Sachivalayam Call Letter, Document Verification and Appointment Order 2019: The Andhra Pradesh Grama Sachivalayam has declared the result for various posts like Panchayat Secretary, VRO, MPEO, animal husbandry assistant, village fisheries, sericulture, horticulture, agriculture assistant, ANM, Electrical Assistant, Grameena Engineer, Welfare Assistant, Women Police Attendant and Digital Assistant. Selected candidates were supposed to upload their certificates today.
The process of certificate verification for the candidates selected for the posts in AP grama and ward sachivalayam will begin from tomorrow. The verification of certificates will be based on the ranking order from September 23 to September 25. The government has prepared a merit list of the selected candidates according to the reservation and roster which was sent to the districts.Candidates have to walk in along with their call letter (have to download from official website) and original certificates to the centre. The date, centre and other details of the process will be sent to candidates in the form of SMS.
The written examination was conducted from September 1 to September 8, 2019. Andhra Pradesh Grama/Ward Sachivalayam Recruitment 2019 will fill up 1, 26,728 various posts in the organization. AP Grama Sachivalayam Recruitment 2019 : ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థులకు కాల్‌లెటర్లు పంపనున్నారు. అభ్యర్థులు వారి కాల్‌లెటర్‌ను వెబ్సైట్ నుంచి డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది. నిర్ణీత తేదీల్లో, నిర్ణీత కేంద్రంలో సర్టిఫికేట్ల పరిశీలనకు హాజరుకావాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
ఏపీలో గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయాల ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీకి సంబంధించి మెరిట్ జాబితాకు ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థులకు సంబంధించిన కాల్ లెటర్లను ప్రభుత్వం సోమవారం (సెప్టెంబరు 23) ఉదయం విడుదల చేసింది. అధికారిక వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో కాల్ లెటర్లను అందుబాటులో ఉంచింది. అభ్యర్థులు గ్రామ సచివాలయం అధికారిక వెబ్సైట్ నుంచి తమ కాల్ లెటర్లను డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకోవచ్చు. అభ్యర్థులు తమ హాల్‌టికెట్ నెంబర్, పుట్టిన తేదీ వివరాలను నమోదు చేసి కాల్ లెటర్ డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకోవచ్చు. అభ్యర్థులకు సెప్టెంబరు 23 నుంచి 25 వరకు ధ్రువపత్రాల పరిశీలన నిర్వహించనున్న సంగతి తెలిసిందే.
ఫలితాల ప్రకటన అనంతరం , అర్హులైన అభ్యర్థులు తమ ఒరిజినల్ సర్టిఫికేట్ లను వెబ్ సైట్ నందు అప్లోడ్ చేయవలెను . తరువాత జిల్లా యంత్రాంగం ద్వారా తెలుపబడిన తేదిలలో నిర్ణీత ప్రదేశములకు వెళ్లి వారి సర్టిఫికేట్ లను తనిఖీ చేయించుకోవలెను .
గ్రామ సచివాలయం వెబ్ సైట్ నుండి అభ్యర్ధులు తమ హాల్ టికెట్ నంబరు మరియు పుట్టిన తేది ఆధారంగా కాల్ లెటర్స్ డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకొనవచ్చు.
కాల్ లెటర్ పొందిన అభ్యర్ధులు తమ దరఖాస్తు ఫారం, 4 నుండి 10వ తరగతుల స్టడీ సర్టిఫికెట్స్, విద్యార్హతలు, కులం, స్పోర్ట్స్ / వికలాంగత్వం/ ఎక్స్ సర్వీస్ మెన్ సర్టిఫికెట్స్, యాంటిసిడెంట్ ఫారం మరియు తదితర సర్టిఫికెట్స్ ను వెబ్ సైట్ లో అప్ లోడ్ చేసుకోవలెను.
ఆ విధంగా అప్ లోడ్ చేసిన సర్టిఫికెట్స్ ను మరల వెబ్ సైట్ నుండి డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకొని, వాటిని ప్రింట్ చేసు వెరిఫికేషన్ సమయంలో అధికారులకు రెండు ప్రతులు అందచేయవలెను..

సచివాలయాల ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీకి సంబంధించి ఈ సర్టిఫికేట్లు తీసుకెళ్లాలి.
- అభ్యర్థులు సర్టిఫికేట్ వెరిఫికేషన్ సమయంలో ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో దరఖాస్తు చేసిన తర్వాత వెబ్సైట్ నుంచి డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకున్న పత్రం తీసుకెళ్లాలి.
- గెజిటెట్ ఆఫీసర్ సంతకం చేసిన రెండు జతల సర్టిఫికేట్లు, 2 పాస్‌పోర్ట్ సైజు ఫోటోలు వెంటతీసుకెళ్లాలి.
- రెసిడెన్స్ సర్టిఫికేట్, ఆధార్ కార్డు తప్పనిసరి.
- పుట్టిన తేదీ ధ్రువీకరణ కోసం పదోతరగతి సర్టిఫికేట్ లేదా అధికారుల నుంచి తీసుకున్న పుట్టిన తేదీ సర్టిఫికేట్ ఉండాలి.
- విద్యార్హతకు సంబంధించిన అన్ని ఒరిజనల్‌ సర్టిఫికెట్లు, మార్కుల మెమోలు తీసుకెళ్లాలి.
- 4 నుంచి 10వ తరగతి దాకా విద్యాభ్యాసానికి సంబంధించిన స్టడీ సర్టిఫికెట్లు.
- పాఠశాలలో, కళాశాలలో చదవకుండా.. నేరుగా డిగ్రీ చదివినవారు రెసిడెన్స్ సర్టిఫికేట్ తీసుకెళ్లాలి.
జిల్లా కేంద్రంలో ఐదు కేంద్రాల్లో సర్టిఫికెట్ల పరిశీలన జరుగుతుంది. జిల్లా పరిషత్‌ కార్యాలయంలో పంచాయతీ సెక్రటరీలు, డిజిటల్‌ అసిస్టెంట్‌ అభ్యర్థులకు, అశోక్‌నగర్‌లోని అంబేడ్కర్‌ భవన్‌లో వార్డు ఉద్యోగాల అభ్యర్థులకు, కలెక్టరేట్‌ సమీపంలోని బీసీ స్టడీ సర్కిల్‌లో సంక్షేమశాఖ అభ్యర్థులకు, ఎస్‌ఎస్‌బీఎన్‌ జూనియర్‌ కళాశాలలో హార్టికల్చర్‌, అగ్రికల్చర్‌, ఫిషరీస్‌, మహిళా పోలీసు తదితర అభ్యర్థుల సర్టిఫికెట్లు పరిశీలన జరుగుతుంది. రెవెన్యూ భవన్‌లో వీఆర్వోలు, సర్వేయర్‌కు సంబంధించిన అభ్యర్థులకు సర్టిఫికెట్లు పరిశీలన ఉంటుంది.
