My GOV Online Space Quiz Competetions to Indian Students 2019: ISRO invites school students from Class 8th to 10th to take part in an online quiz being hosted on mygov.in from 10.08.2019 to 20.08.2019 August 2019
ISRO has today invited school students to take an online quiz to stand a chance to watch the Chandrayaan 2 landing on the moon live from Bengaluru along with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. “Participate and get a chance to watch the Landing of #Chandrayaan2 on the Moon live along with Honorable PM Narendra Modi.
The online quiz will be hosted on mygov.in, and the link for the same has been shared by ISRO. The quiz will be a timed one and twenty questions need to be answered within 600 seconds. Those who provide maximum correct answers will be judged as winners.

*విద్యార్థుల కోసం ఆన్‌లైన్ స్పేస్ క్విజ్ యొక్క ప్రధాన ముఖ్యాంశాలు ఈ క్రింది విధంగా ఉన్నాయి:*
*I) ప్రతి పాల్గొనేవారు క్విజ్ కోసం నా Gov.in లో వ్యక్తిగత ఖాతాను సృష్టించాలి. క్విజ్లో ఒక్కసారి మాత్రమే పాల్గొనడానికి ఒక వ్యక్తికి అనుమతి ఉంది*
*2) .క్విజ్ వ్యవధి 10 నిమిషాలు (600 సెకన్లు), ఈ సమయంలో గరిష్టంగా 20 ప్రశ్నలకు సమాధానం ఇవ్వవచ్చు.*
*3). భారతీయ పౌరుడు మాత్రమే క్విజ్లో పాల్గొనగలరు. ప్రతి పాల్గొనేవారు మైగోవ్ క్విజ్ ప్లాట్‌ఫాం యొక్క డౌన్‌లోడ్స్ విభాగం నుండి డౌన్‌లోడ్ చేయగల పాల్గొనే ధృవీకరణ పత్రాన్ని అందుకుంటారు. వెబ్‌సైట్‌లోకి లాగిన్ అయిన తర్వాతే డౌన్‌లోడ్ విభాగం కనిపిస్తుంది.*
*4). ప్రతి రాష్ట్రం మరియు కేంద్రపాలిత ప్రాంతానికి చెందిన ఇద్దరు (2) టాప్ స్కోరింగ్ విద్యార్థులను (8 వ తరగతి నుండి మాత్రమే) చంద్రయాన్ -2 చంద్రునిపై దిగడం చూడటానికి, గౌరవనీయ ప్రధానమంత్రి నరేంద్రతో కలిసి జీవించడానికి ఇస్రో, బెంగళూరు కేంద్రానికి ఆహ్వానించబడతారు.*
*అందువల్ల ఆన్‌లైన్ స్పేస్ క్విజ్ పోటీలో 8 వ తరగతుల విద్యార్థులను పాల్గొనడానికి విస్తృత ప్రచారం ఇవ్వడానికి రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని డిఇఒలు అవసరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని సూచించారు*
*నిబంధనలు మరియు షరతులు అంతరిక్ష కార్యక్రమం గురించి అవగాహన పెంచడానికి, ఆగస్టు 10 నుండి 2019 ఆగస్టు 20 వరకు నా ప్రభుత్వ సమన్వయంతో ఇస్రో ఒక ఆన్‌లైన్ క్విజ్ పోటీని నిర్వహిస్తుంది*
*1. క్విజ్లో పాల్గొనేవారు ప్రతి ఒక్కరు మైగోవ్‌లో వ్యక్తిగత ఖాతాను సృష్టించాలి. క్విజ్లో ఒక్కసారిమాత్రమేపాల్గొనడానికి ఒక వ్యక్తికి అనుమతి ఉంది.*
*2. క్విజ్ వ్యవధి 10 నిమిషాలు (600 సెకన్లు), ఈ సమయంలో గరిష్టంగా 20 ప్రశ్నలకు సమాధానం ఇవ్వవచ్చు.*

*4. పాల్గొనేవారు చివరి నిమిషంలో సాంకేతిక అవాంతరాలను నివారించడానికి క్విజ్ ముగింపు తేదీకి ముందే క్విజ్ తీసుకోవాలని సూచించారు.*

*7. విజయవంతమైన విజేతలను ఎన్నుకునే ప్రమాణాలు "తక్కువ సమయంలో గరిష్ట సరైన సమాధానాలు". టై విషయంలో, యాదృచ్ఛిక ఎంపిక చేయబడుతుంది.*

*10. క్విజ్లో పాల్గొనేటప్పుడు వంచన, డబుల్ పార్టిసిపేషన్ మొదలైన వాటితో సహా పరిమితం కాని ఏదైనా అన్యాయమైన / నకిలీ మార్గాల / దుర్వినియోగాల యొక్క ఆవిష్కరణ / గుర్తించడం / గుర్తించడం ఫలితంగా పాల్గొనడం శూన్యంగా ప్రకటించబడుతుంది మరియు శూన్యమైనది మరియు అందువల్ల తిరస్కరించబడింది. క్విజ్ పోటీ యొక్క నిర్వాహకులు లేదా వారి తరపున పనిచేసే ఏ ఏజెన్సీ అయినా ఈ విషయంలో హక్కును కలిగి ఉంది*

How to take part in ISRO Quiz?
Interested students from class 8 to 10 need to first create an individual account on MyGov to appear for the Quiz. An individual is permitted to participate only once in the quiz. The quiz once started cannot be paused; however, students will be allowed to skip a question and come back to it later within the permitted time.
Each participant, irrespective of whether they win or not, will receive a certificate of participation which can be downloaded from ‘Downloads Section’of MyGov Quiz platform. Two top-scoring Students from each State and Union Territory will be invited to ISRO, Bengaluru Centre to watch the landing of Chandrayaan-2 on the moon, live along with the Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi, says the Mygov website.
In the case of multiple participants having given the same number of correct answers, the participants who take the least time to complete the quiz will be adjudged the winner. Top scoring and shortlisted participants will be provided an online affidavit, as well as provide information such as their Parent’s or Guardian’s name, Government-issued proof of identity containing the address and an affidavit from the school confirming that they are students of the school.
Instructions for Online Space Quiz Competetion:
- This is a timed quiz with 20 questions fo be answered in 600 seconds.
- These questions will be randomly picked from the question bank.
- The quiz will start as soon as you click the start Quiz button.
- You can skip a tough question and come back it it later.
- Winners will be adjudged on the basis of maximum correct answers.
- In case of multiple participants having given same number of correct answers, the participants who take the least time to complete the quiz will be adjudged the winner.
Terms and Conditions
- Each participant needs to create individual account on MyGov to appear for the Quiz. An individual is permitted to participate only once in the quiz.
- Duration of the quiz will be 10 minutes (600 Seconds) during which a maximum of 20 questions can be answered.
- Quiz once started cannot be paused / stopped.
- Participants are advised to take the Quiz well before the Quiz end date to avoid any last minute technical glitches.
- Only Indian Citizen can participate in the quiz. Each participant will receive certificate of participation which can be downloaded from ‘Downloads Section’of MyGov Quiz platform. The downloads section will be visible only after logging in to the website.
- Two (2) top scoring Students (from class 8 – 10 only) from each State and Union Territory will be invited to ISRO, Bengaluru Centre to watch the landing of Chandrayaan-2 on the Moon, live along with the Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
- The criteria for selecting successful winners will be “Maximum Correct Answers in the Shortest Time”. In case of tie, random selection will be done.
- After the closure of the quiz, and prior to the announcement of results, top-scoring students shall be required to provide their Parent’s/ Guardian’s Name, Government issued proof of identity containing address and an affidavit from the school confirming that they are students of the school. The format of the affidavit will be shared with the shortlisted participants only.
- Parents / Guardian may help only in the translation of questions if needed but should not assist in answering the questions. Integrity & Honesty is expected from all participants.
- Discovery/detection/noticing of use of any unfair/spurious means/ malpractices including but not limited to impersonation, double participation etc. during the participation in the quiz will result in the participation being declared null and void and hence, rejected. The organizers of the quiz competition or any agency acting on their behalf reserves the right in this regard.
- ISRO reserves the rights to cancel or amend all or any part of the Quiz and/or the Terms and Conditions. However, any changes to the Terms and Conditions or cancellation of the Quiz, will be updated/ posted on the platform.
