NOTE:

1. The qualified candidates who are waiting to seek admission into BiPC Stream courses are informed that the admission counselling process will begin from 31-07-2019. 
2. Minority candidates who have not qualified or not appeared in TS EAMCET 2019 (BiPC), but passed and secured requirede percentage of marks in qualifying examination can also attend for counselling to consider them for admission into minority colleges in leftover vacancies.

TS EAMCET BiPC Stream Web Based counselling:

Steps to be followed during web counselling:
Step 1: Pay Processing fee online
a. Online filling of basic information
b. Payment of Processing fee
Step 2: Slot Booking for verification of certificates
a. Selection of a nearby Help Line Centre (HLC)
b. Date and time to attend for certificate verification
Step 3: Attend certificate verification at HLC where the slot is booked. Certificate verification for slot booked candidates
Step 4: Candidates registration
Step 5: Candidates login for web option entry, Exercising options after certificate verification and freezing of options
Step 6: Print list of saved options
Step 7: Provisional allotment of seats by officials
Step 8: Payment of tuition fee and online self-reporting through the website by candidate
Step 9: Finally reporting at alloted college.

Important Dates for Web counselling:

1. Registrations and slot booking: 31-07-19 and 01-08-19
2. Certificate verification: 02-08-19 and 03-08-19
3. Web options entry: 02-08-19 to 04-08-19
4. Seat Allotments: 06-08-19
5. Payment of Tuition fee and Online self reporting through the website: 06-08-19 to 10-08-19

Necessary Documents to be submitted during certificates verification

1. TS EAMCET 2019 Rank card
2. TS EAMCET 2019 Hall Ticket
3. Aadhar card
4. SSC or its equivalent memo
5. Intermediate or its equivalent memo cum pass certificate
6. VI to intermediate study certificates
7. Transfer certificate (TC)
8.  Income certificate issued after 01-01-19 by the competent authority if applicable
9. Caste certificate issued by competent authority if applicable
10. Physically challenged/ Children of armed Forces Personnel(CAP)/ National Cadet Corps(NCC)/ Sports and games/ Minority certificate, if applicable
11. Residence certificate of either of parents in Telangana for a period of 10 years in case of non local candidates
12. Residence certificate of candidate for a period of 7 years preceeding to qualifying examination in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education

 Fee To be paid during web counselling:

1. Processing fee: Rs. 1000 for OC/BC, Rs. 500 for SC/ST 
2. Tuition fee particulars and seats available under convenor quota college wise will be made available on the website https://tseamcetb.nic.in well before the commencement of option entry. The fee reimbursement for eligible candidates is given in the guidelines issued by the Government from time to time
