TS BC Study Circle Notification for Free Coaching for Civil Service Long Term
Coaching classes for Civil Service Long Term (Prelims-cum-Mains) Examination, 2023 will start from 29-09-2022 to 20-05-2023 at Osmania University Center, BC Study Circle, OU Campus, Tarnaka, Hyderabad & Hanamkonda. Total 200 meritorious students at OU Centre, Hyderabad & 100 meritorious students at Hanamkonda will be selected through Academic performance and online screening test. 50% Candidates will be admitted directly who are below 31 years of age and have cleared previously the Civil Service (Prelims) Examinations or appeared Group I (Mains) Examination or secured 75% marks in the Post Graduate Course can submit the application directly with relevant documents in BC Study Circle, OU Center, Hyderabad/BC Study Circle, Hanamkonda on or before 22-09-2022. Another 50% candidates will be admitted on the basis of online screening test to be
conducted on 25.09.2022. The admitted candidates will get Rs.5000/- per
month for Lodging & Boarding and Transportation purpose & Rs.5000/- worth of Books will be provided as Study material. Library facility also provided.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ONLINE & OFF-LINE APPLICATION :
1. The aspirant who were earlier selected for Civil Service (Mains),Group.I
Mains are got 75% and above marks in their Post-Graduation are eligible for direct applying to Hyderabad or Hanmakonda Study Circles. They need not apply online or to attend Online Screening Test. They admitted directly without Online Screening Test.
2. Other General candidates have to apply and upload relevant documents and to attend Online Screening Test conducted on 25.09.2022 at 10.00 AM.
3. Annual income of the parent/guardian/family for the financial year
2022-23 will be below Rs.5.00 Lakhs per annum.
4. Aspirants should not be employed or pursuing any other courses in any educational Institution during the year 2022-23, since this is a full time course.
5. Aspirants should not have availed any similar coaching sponsored by
Govt., of Telangana elsewhere i.e., in SW/BC/TW/Minority Welfare Departments.
6. Aspirants should have completed at least their Graduation.
7. Aspirants should also be eligible as per the norms prescribed by the UPSC for taking the CSAT-2023 Exams.
8. Stipend @ Rs.5,000/- per month to each candidate those who are having 75% attendance during the coaching period.
9. Book Fund @ Rs.5,000/- each in 2 installments @ Rs.2500/- + Rs.2500/-
10. Tea & Snacks @ Rs.25/- per day for two times to each candidate.

1. Direct admission candidates should attach Civil Service Mains Hall-ticket
or Group I Mains Hall-ticket or Marks memo of Post-Graduate Course
with 75% and above marks along with above said documents.
Online Screening Test is conducted as per the General Studies Syllabus
of the Civil Services Prelims in English medium only. There will be 100
questions in General Studies (CSP Paper-I) and 50 questions in Test of
Reasoning, Arithmetic, English comprehension as per CSAT Paper II of UPSC Exams pattern. The date, timings and venue of the Online Screening Test
will be communicated to the candidates as per the Hall-ticket which can be
downloaded. The applicants can upload filled in applications along with
enclosures before the last date. The last date of receipt of applications
through online is 22.09.2022 and direct applications with supporting
documents to be submitted at OU Centre, Hyderabad & TS BC Study Circle,
Hanmakonda is 22.09.2022.

సివిల్స్ శిక్షణకు అర్హులైన ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, బీసీ అభ్యర్థులు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలని స్టడీసర్కిల్ డైరెక్టర్ తెలిపారు.
ఆగస్టులో రాతపరీక్ష నిర్వహించి 100 మందిని ఎంపిక చేస్తామని, వీరికి హైదరాబాద్, వరంగల్ జిల్లాల్లో శిక్షణ ఉంటుందన్నారు.

8. The coaching progamme is Non-Residential
9. Stipend @ Rs.5000/- per month to each candidate will be paid during the
coaching programme. The stipend will be paid to the candidates those
whose attendance is 75% and above in every month.
10.One time Book Fund @ Rs.3500/- will be given to each candidate
11.If the candidate is continuously absent for 20 days , such Long
absentee candidates’ admissions will be cancelled.
Hyderabad have to appear for the entreance test which has 3 folds (i.e.) 1) Preliminary
Online Screening Test 2) Writing Skills Exam 3) Viva and the admission is based on
merit only.
100 consisting of current events of National and International importance, History of
India and Indian National Government, Indian and World Geography, Indian Polity
and Governance, Economic and Social Development General issues on Environmental
Ecology, Bio-diversity and Climate Change, General Science, English, quantitative
Aptitude and Logical reasoning. The question paper will be English only. Each
question carries 2 positive marks for correct answer and 1/3rd negative marks for each
wrong answer and thus the total 100 questions of 200 marks with three hours
duration.
The writing skills exams may cover General Essay, Comprehensive passage,
current events of National and International importance, History, Geography, Polity
and Governance, Science and Technology, Environment and Ecology, Ethics & Moral
values and International relations.
1. Candidates will be selected for writing skills exams on merit basis,
separately for men and women in the ratio of (1 : 4 (i.e.,) overall (400)
candidates will be selected duly following the rule of reservation of both men
and women and only these 400 candidates will be allowed to appear for the
Writing skills exams conducted by the BC Study Circle at Hyderabad, to
select 100 candidates for admission. The screening test will be conducted at
Hyderabad, Mahabubnagar, Nizamabad, Nalgonda, Sangareddy, Siddipet,
Warangal, Karimnagar, Adilabad & Khammam and writing skills test
will be conducted at Hyderabad Centre only.
2. A qualifying mark will be fixed for writing skills exams at the discretion of
the Director, TSBCESDTC, Hyderabad. 100 candidates will be selected for
coaching programme.
