AP Grama Volunteer Recruitment 2019

 Mr. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy sown-in as the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh state on 30th May. As promised by CM YS Jagan, the recruitment for 4 lakh village volunteer (Grama Volunteer) posts has been open now. The recruitments of village volunteers will be completed by 15th August. Selected village volunteers will get a salary of Rs 5,000 per month. Interested aspirants can send their online applications through the AP Government website to apply AP Gram Volunteer (APGV) posts.  Soon, the application dates are likely to be announced by the AP State government officials. As mentioned by CM, one volunteer from 50 families per each village will be selected for the APGV posts. Young and energetic youth with a motive to work hard for empowerment of villages will be given the opportunity as village volunteer. ఏపి గ్రామ వాలంటీర్ నోటిఫికేషన్ -Apply Online For 4 Lakh APGV/ APVV Jobs

AP గ్రామ వాలంటీర్ రిక్రూట్మెంట్  నోటిఫికేషన్ 2019 త్వరలో విడుదల అవుతుంది. కొత్తగా ఎన్నికైన ఎపి స్టేట్ గవర్నమెంట్ ప్రజలకు మంచిగా సేవ చేయడానికి 4,00,000 గ్రామ వాలంటీర్లను నియమించాలని నిర్ణయించింది. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లోని అన్ని పంచాయతీలలో ప్రతి 50 కుటుంబాలకు గ్రామ వాలంటీర్లను ఒక వాలంటీర్గా నియమిస్తారు. గ్రామీణ వాలంటీర్లు అన్ని AP రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ పథకాలను నేరుగా లబ్ధిదారులకు అందజేయవలసి ఉంటుంది.

ఈ రిక్రూట్మెంట్ ప్రక్రియ ఆగష్టు 2 వ తేదీ చివరి నాటికి పూర్తి అవుతుంది. ఆగష్టు 15, స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవం నాటికి అర్హత పొందిన మరియు ఆసక్తి గల అభ్యర్థులను AP గ్రామ వాలంటీర్స్ గా  నియమించవచ్చు.

  గ్రామ వలంటీర్ల ఎంపికకు జూన్ 22న ప్రభుత్వం నోటిఫికేషన్ జారీ చేస్తోంది.

 నోటిఫికేషన్ వెలువడిన వెంటనే ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో దరఖాస్తుల స్వీకరణ ఆరంభిస్తారు.

  ప్రభుత్వం అమలు చేస్తున్న సంక్షేమ పథకాలు అర్హులందరి ఇంటి వద్దకే డోర్ డెలివరీ చేయడం లక్ష్యంగా గ్రామాలు, పట్టణాలలో ప్రతి 50 ఇళ్లకు ఒకరు చొప్పునవలంటీర్లను నియమిస్తామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి జగన్‌మోహన్‌రెడ్డి తన ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం రోజునే ప్రకటించిన విషయం విదితమే. 

 వీరి ఎంపికకు సంబంధించిన పూర్తి స్థాయి విధివిధానాల ఫైలుపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి జూన్ 21న సంతకం చేశారు. 

 అర్హులైన అభ్యర్థుల నుంచి దరఖాస్తుల స్వీకరణకు ప్రభుత్వం ప్రత్యేక వెబ్ పోర్టల్‌ను ఏర్పాటు చేస్తోంది. అందులోని నిర్ణీత ఫార్మాట్‌లో ఆన్‌లైన్‌లోనే అభ్యర్థులు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది. వెబ్‌సైట్ వివరాలను ప్రభుత్వం జారీ చేసే నోటిఫికేషన్‌లో పేర్కొంటారు. 

 జూలై ఐదవ తేదీ వరకు దరఖాస్తులు స్వీకరిస్తారు. గ్రామం, పట్టణ వార్డులో ఉన్న కుటుంబాల సంఖ్య ఆధారంగా వలంటీర్ల సంఖ్య ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది.

  నియామకంలో రిజర్వేషన్లను అమలు చేయడంతో పాటు ప్రతి కేటగిరీలోనూ సాధ్యమైనంత వరకు 50 శాతం మహిళలకు అవకాశం కల్పిస్తారు. ఇంటర్వ్యూ ఆధారంగా ఎంపిక జరుగుతుంది.

 వలంటీర్ల నియామకానికి అర్హతలు: 

కనీస విద్యార్హత:పట్టణ ప్రాంతాల్లో డిగ్రీ
                     గ్రామాల్లో ఇంటర్ 
                     గిరిజన ప్రాంతాల్లో పదవ తరగతి.

 వయస్సు :

18-35 ఏళ్ల మధ్య వయస్సు వారే దరఖాస్తుకు అర్హులు.. (BY 30-06-2019)

" ఏ గ్రామంలో, పట్టణ వార్డులో వాలంటీర్ల నియామకానికి అక్కడి స్థానికులే అర్హులు."

NOTE: ప్రభుత్వం అమలు చేసే సంక్షేమ పథకాలు, కార్యక్రమాలపై అవగాహన కలిగి 

ఉండడంతో పాటు సామాజిక సేవా కార్యక్రమాలు, స్వచ్ఛంద సంస్థలలో పని చేసి 

ఉండటం, చేస్తుండటం అదనపు అర్హతగా పరిగణిస్తారు. నాయకత్వ లక్షణాలు, మంచి 

వాక్చాతుర్యం కలిగి ఉండడం, తమకు కేటాయించిన పనిని నిబద్ధత, నిజాయితీతో 

చేయడానికి ఆసక్తి ఉండడం వంటివి అదనపు అర్హతగా పరిగణిస్తారు.

 బేస్‌లైన్ సర్వే ఆధారంగా 50 ఇళ్ల గ్రూపుల ఏర్పాటు : 

బేస్ లైన్ సర్వే ఆధారంగా గ్రామం, వార్డులో ఉన్న కుటుంబాలను 50 చొప్పున ఒక గ్రూపుగా 

ఏర్పాటు చేస్తారు. మండల స్థాయిలో ఎంపీడీపీ, తహసీల్దార్, ఈవోపీఆర్‌డీల కమిటీనే గ్రామాల 

వారీగా 50 ఇళ్ల గ్రూపులను కూడా వర్గీకరిస్తుంది. పట్టణాల్లో 50 ఇళ్ల గ్రూపులను మున్సిపల్ 

కమిషనర్, టౌన్ ప్లానింగ్ అధికారి, మరొక సీనియర్ అధికారితో కూడిన కమిటీ వర్గీకరిస్తుంది. 

గ్రూపుల వర్గీకరణ తర్వాత గ్రామ, వార్డు స్థాయిలో 50 ఇళ్లకన్నా తక్కువ సంఖ్యలో కుటుంబాలు 

మిగిలిపోతే వారిని ఆ గ్రామం, వార్డులోని గ్రూపులతో సర్దుబాటు చేస్తారు.

 జిల్లా స్థాయిలో ప్రత్యేక సెల్‌లు : 

పనితీరు అంచనాకు ప్రతి 50 మంది వలంటీర్లకు ఒక గ్రామ స్థాయి అధికారిని నియమిస్తారు. 

మండల పరిధిలో పంచాయతీ కార్యదర్శుల ద్వారా ఎప్పటికప్పుడు ఎంపీడీఓ పర్యవేక్షణ 

కొనసాగుతుంది. నెలవారీగా ఒక్కో వలంటీర్ పనితీరుపై నివేదిక తయారు చేసి, రికార్డు చేస్తారు. 

పట్టణాల్లో మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్ తమ పరిధిలోని వారి పనితీరును పర్యవేక్షిస్తారు.

 ప్రజా వినతులపై చేపట్టిన చర్యలు, వలంటీర్ల వ్యవస్థలో ఉత్పన్నమయ్యే ఇతర సమస్యలపై 

ఎప్పటికప్పుడు సమీక్షించడం కోసం జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో జిల్లా స్థాయి సెల్‌ను ఏర్పాటు 

చేస్తారు. అవసరాలకు అనుగుణంగా ఆ సెల్ మార్పులు, చేర్పులతో పని చేస్తుంది. పనితీరు 

ఆధారంగా ఎప్పటికప్పుడు మండల, పట్టణ స్థాయి కమిటీలు జిల్లా స్థాయి సెల్‌కు నివేదిక 

అందజేస్తాయి. పనితీరు బాగోలేని వారిని తొలగించే అధికారం జిల్లా సెల్‌కు ఉంటుంది.
