ADMISSION DETAILS:
1. Admissions are available in Class VI with Fine Arts Education for Boys and Girls.
2. Admissions will be granted to qualified candidates based on the aggregate merit of two types of screening examinations, as described below.
A) A written test on class V academic topics.
B) A fundamental competence test in Fine Arts (discipline specific).
The following are the details of the class seats to be filled for the academic year 2023-24 and the different Fine Arts disciplines to be taught.
The Secretary of TSWREIS has the right to change the aforementioned number of seats in each Fine Arts discipline based on merit after the admission test.
ELIGIBILITY:
1. Candidates (Girls & Boys) who appeared/passed class V examination from any recognised school in the state in the academic year 2022-23 are eligible to appear for the entrance test of class VI of A.Y.2023-24.
2. The annual income of the parent shall not exceed Rs.2,00,000/- per annum (for Urban students) and Rs.1,50,000/- (for Rural students) as certified by the MRO.
3. For admittance into class-VI at TSWRFAS, Malkajgiri @ Edulabad, pupils of all communities (SC,SC-C, ST, BC, Min, OC/EBC) must be under the age of 12 as of 31.08.2023, i.e. born between 01.09.2011 and 01.09.2013.
4. At the time of admission, the selected students' admission would be verified only after they submitted the following certificates in original along with one set of Xerox copies.

RESERVATIONS: 
Based on the certificate provided by the appropriate authorities, 3% of total seats will be allocated for Physically Handicapped (Orthopedically Handicapped, Hearing Impaired and Visually Handicapped, Loco-motor Disabled) and Orphan students, regardless of caste.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE / SELECTION PROCESS:
1. The candidate must submit his or her application ONLY ONLINE at www.tswreis.ac.in.
2. Candidates applying for admissions into class VI with Fine Arts Education must pay a registration fee of Rs.100/- for submission of application through ONLINE from any Internet centre using NET banking / Credit Card / Debit Card.
3. Before filling the application through online, the candidate must read the information / prospectus already uploaded in the website www.tswreis.ac.in.
Candidates must provide a passport photo and signature in *.jpg or *.jpeg format, with a maximum file size of 100 kb.
4. While applying online, individuals must select one Fine Arts discipline of their choice.
5. Candidates would be considered for admission to class VI based on their choice of Fine Arts, the availability of seats in those disciplines, and their merit in the caste concerned.
6. Once exercised, the option is definitive and cannot be modified.
DETAILS OF SCREENING TESTS AND THEIR PARAMETERS-:
1. For admissions to class VI, the following two types of screening tests will be administered. The tests are described in full below. 
2. For class VI admissions, a written exam will be conducted in following academic
subjects of class-V, for marks as stated below.
A) English – 20 Marks
B) Telugu – 20 Marks
C) Maths – 20 Marks
D) Mental Ability – 20 Marks
E) Environmental/Gen Science – 20 Marks
F) TOTAL – 100 Marks
● The Questions for written examination will be of multiple-choice type [MCQs].
● Each question carries ONE mark.
● Minimum qualifying mark in the Written Entrance Exam is 35.
● The candidates should write correct answer of each question in the space
provided just opposite to each question
1. The basic skill test in fine arts’ disciplines will be conducted on following
parameters. 
The aforementioned basic competence exams in Fine Arts disciplines will be administered by the relevant faculty under the supervision of the RCO, Yadadri Bhongir Region, the Principal and Consultant/Mentor of the Fine Arts Department at TSWR Fine Arts School, and the RCO, Yadadri Bhongir Region.
Malkajgiri. It is required to pass basic competency assessments in the Fine Arts discipline of the candidate's choosing.
Candidates are not required to bring any musical instruments to the skill exam.
Because just a buff sheet will be given for the Painting & Drawing Skill Test, candidates should bring a pencil, rubber, colour pencils, crayons and any other materials needed to do well in the skill test.
The FA Examiner will play a music during the dance skill assessments.
Admission will be granted based on the total merit of both examinations (written and FA).
ENTRANCE TESTS’ VENUE DETAILS:
● The venue details of the Entrance (Written & Skill) tests will be intimated in due
course of time.
TEACHING OF REGULAR ACADEMICS OF CLASS-VI+FINE ARTS’ COACHING:
● As per prescribed time-tables, the selected students of class VI will attend their
regular academic classes in morning session and attend Fine Arts classes in
afternoon session from 2:00 P.M to 5:00 P.M in the campus of TSWR Fine Arts
School, Malkajgiri, Medchal.
OTHER INFORMATION:
1. The candidate's performance in any of the screening tests will not be displayed (or) divulged to the candidates, parents, or others.
2. There is no option for revaluation of written screening test answer scripts since this result is handled by double scanning of OMR Sheets through a computerised system, and there shall be no revaluation of basic skill tests as well.
3. In the event of a disagreement, the Secretary of TSWREIS's judgement shall be final and binding on the candidates.
4. The preliminary selection of the merit candidate does not confer any right on the candidate to gain admission. Admission will be confirmed only upon provision of the requisite papers as specified in the online application and in compliance with the prospectus (failing which, admission will be denied).
TSWREIS maintains the right to postpone, amend, or rearrange the entrance test schedule.
5. Any information about this entrance exam will be given to the candidate's registered mobile number through SMS. As a result, applicants are advised not to alter their mobile phone number.
6. The above-mentioned specialised school solely offers education in ENGLISH.
