Telangana School Education Department instructed Officials at District and Mandal Level to Implement GO MS No 3 dated 27.08.2014 RTE School Timings for Primary Upper Primary and High Schools in State and follow the Period wise Subject wise Allotments as per the GO mentioned above Right to Education Act, 2009 – Implementation of school timings as per RTE, 2009 in all schools under the management of Government, Municipal, Local bodies, Welfare Departments, Private Aided and Recognised schools Orders Issued.
In the reference 3rd read above, the Commissioner & Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad has furnished the following revised school timings and working hours, applicable to all schools under all managements in the State following State curriculum. He has requested the Government to issue orders for implementation of revised school timings and working hours as a part of implementation of RTE Act, 2009 in the State.

The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 enacted by the Parliament to provide for Free and Compulsory Education to all children of the age of 6 to 14 years vide reference 1st read above. Accordingly, the Andhra Pradesh Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules 2010 have been issued vide reference 2nd read above.
