How to Register Mobile Number with SBI Account for Net Banking Facility

Register/Update Mobile Number with SBI Account

SBI Internet Banking portal www.onlinesbi.com

1. Log into www.onlinesbi.com
2. Navigate to” Profile-Personal Details-Change mobile No.” under "My Accounts", appearing on the left panel of the screen.
3. On the next page, select the Account number, input the Mobile number and click on Submit.
4. The last 2 digits of registered mobile number (non-editable) will be displayed to you.
5. Status of mapping will be advised to you on your registered mobile number.

Note: If you are not yet registered for Internet Banking, you can do so online using your ATM cum Debit Card details.

SBI Branch

1. Visit your nearest SBI Branch.
2. Fill in a Letter of Request
3. Submit the above letter.
4. After necessary verification, the linking will be done by the branch.
5. You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number regarding the status of updation

SBI ATM

1. Visit your nearest ATM
2. Select Registration option from the options available
3. Enter your ATM pin
4. Select Mobile Number Registration option from the options visible on screen
5. Select Change Mobile Number option from the options visible on screen
6. You will be asked to enter your old mobile number and confirm it
7. Post which you will be asked to enter the new mobile number and confirm i
8. Different OTPs will be sent to both the new and old mobile numbers with the following message:
9. Please send OTP and reference number received in SMS from new as well as existing mobile number in the following format ACTIVATE IOTP VALUE + REF NUMBER TO 567676 within 4 hours
10. Your mobile no.will be updated.
