COMMON ENTRANCE TEST FOR ADMISSION INTO 8TH CLASS IN (04) SOES AND FIRST YEAR INTERMEDIATE WITH INTEGRATED COACHING FOR IIT/NEEE (JEET/EAMCET FOR THE YEAR 2025-26 IN (03) COES AND VACANCIES IN OTHER SOE'S

The APTWREIS (Gurukulam) Tadepalli has been working with (07) institutions of excellence (03) COES/(04) SOEs as part of (30) RJCs to provide a necessary academic environment and inputs, as well as specialized coaching to meritorious ST students to enable them to compete successfully for admissions into All India Level Institutes such as IIT, NIT, IIIT, Medical Colleges, and so on.

Gurukulam will conduct an Entrance Test to select candidates on the basis of merit. The selected students will receive all of Gurukulam's perks, including free boarding, lodging, uniform, note books and textbooks, bedding materials, medical care, and examination fees, among others.

Applications are requested from boys and girls for admission to 8th grade and first year intermediate for MPC and Bi PC Groups in English Medium with integrated coaching for IIT-JEE/AIEEE/EAPCET for the Academic Year 2025-26 in the following Gurukulam institutions. Only students from the catchment region are eligible for admission. 

Eligibility :

For Admission into 8th Class :

A). All the ST students (Boys & Girls) who are appearing for 7th class in April,2024-25 in TW Residential Schools, Ashram Schools, Govt, Schools and other Govt. Recognized Schools are eligible to write the 8th Class Entrance for admission in SOEs for the academic year 2025-26.

B). Students studying in Telugu/English Medium are eligible to appear for the Entrance Test 2025.

C). Parental Income should not exceed Rs.1,00.000 (Rupees one Lakh only) per Annum.

For Admission into Ist Year Intermediate :

A). All the ST students (Boys & Girls) who are appearing for 10 th class in academic year 2024-25 in TW Residential Schools, Ashram Schools, Govt. Schools and other Govt. Recognized schools are eligible to apply for entrance test of

Intermediate course. However, the admission of the candidate for intermediate shall be considered only when he should have secured a minimum B2 Grade (7 GPA) in SSC in academic year 2024-25 Examinations besides entrance merit.

B). Students studying in Telugu/English Medium are eligible to appear for the Entrance Test 2025.

C). Parental Income should not exceed Rs.1,00.000 (Rupees one Lakh only) per Annum.

Selected candidates have to produce the following necessary certificates, at the time of admission.

1. Caste Certificate 

2. Income Certificate  

3. Ration card SSID No, 

4. Aadhar card. 

5. Marks Memo, Study, 

6. TC,

7. Physical fitness certificates, 06 Passport size photos etc., 

Reservation :

1). 100% seats are reserved for STs only.

2). 3% seats are reserved for PHC for STs only.

Mode of Entrance Test for COE/SOE:

OMR Answer Sheet based objective typs question paper.

(A). INTERMEDIATE : 100 marks - 100 questions (Up to the standard of 10th class syllabus)

(B). VIII CLASS: 100 MARKS (up to the standard of 7th class syllabus). OMR answer sheet based objective type question paper.

Examination time: 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM (2:30 Hours).

All the eligible ST students only shall upload their details in online in the Gurukulam official website aptwgurukulam.ap.gov.in The last date for the submission application form online is 02-03-2025.

Eligibility Criteria

1.     SC / ST students should have born between 01-09-2010 and  31-08- 2014
2.     OC / BC / SC-Converted Christians (BC-C) should have born between 01.09.2008 to 31.08.2010.
3.     During the year .................candidates must be studying 4th class in a Government school or in a school recognized by Govt .of A.P.
4.     The parental income should not exceed Rs.1,00,000/- per annum as per the latest income certificate issued by the Competent authority
5.     The students are eligible to apply for admission in their native district only. The Native District of the candidate means the place where the student studied for a period of two years in Class 3rd & 4th i.e. during ....................... in schools recognized by Govt .of A.P. or native place as certified by the competent authority.

How to Apply Online for APGPCET 2023

1.     All the students who are seeking admission into class V in APSWR/ APTWR/ APREIS / MJPAPBCWR Institutions for the year 2023-24 should apply online through website apgpcet.apcfss.in from any internet center (or) at help desk of any APSWR Institution / APTWR Institution /APREI/ MJPAPBCWR Institution from  26-02-2023 to 24-03-2023
2.     The student should clearly mention the school in which he/she wants to join i.e., APSWR / APTWR / APREIS / MJPAPBCWR while submitting the application.
3.     There is no registration fee for submission of application.
4.     The student should mention clearly the school opted in the on line application through online.
5.     The candidates are responsible for any wrong entries made during the submission of applications through online. No corrections will be entertained/taken into consideration once Hall Tickets are generated and at the time of admission. The candidates may apply another application with correct information for generating Hall tickets.

సాంఘిక సంక్షేమ గురుకుల పాఠశాల / కళాశాలల్లో ఐదో తరగతి , ఇంటర్మీడియట్ ప్రథమ సంవత్సరంలో చేరేందుకు April  నెల 23 న ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష నిర్వహించనున్నారు

ఐదో తరగతికి సంబంధించి ఉదయం 10 గంటల నుంచి మధ్యాహ్నం 12.30 వరకు , ఇంటర్కు సంబంధించి  అదే రోజు మధ్యాహ్నం 2 గంటల నుంచి సాయంత్రం 4.30 గంటల వరకు ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష జరుగుతుంది

విద్యార్థులు అరగంట ముందు పరీక్షా కేంద్రానికి హాజరుకావాలి. అబ్జెక్టివ్ విధానంలో పరీక్ష జరుగుతుంది, విద్యార్థులు బ్లూ లేదా బ్లాక్ ఇంకు బాల్ పెన్ను తీసుకువెళ్ళాలి .
