*♦️ Service Register Entreis:*

ఈ క్రింది entries చెక్లిస్ట్ రాసుకోండి మీ ఆఫీసు నుంచి ఎస్. ఆర్ .ను అడిగి చెక్ చేసుకోని ఏదైనా ఎంట్రీ పెండింగ్లో ఉంటే మీ హెచ్.ఎం .లేదా ఎం.ఈ.ఓ. గారికి తెలియజేసి అప్డేట్ చేసుకోండి.

*1. Periodical Increments entry:*

ప్రతి సంవత్సరం మీకు శాంక్షన్ చేసే యాన్యువల్ ఇంక్రిమెంట్ ఎంట్రీ అప్డేట్ అయ్యిందా లేదా అలాగే మీ సర్వీస్ ఒక సంవత్సరం పూర్తి అయిన సందర్భంలో సర్వీస్ వెరిఫై స్టాంప్ మీ ఎస్. ఆర్. లో వేశారా? లేదా ?సరి చూసుకోండి.

*2. GIS ఎంట్రీ*:

[జి .ఐ .ఎస్ .చందా డిడక్టు అవుతూ ఉంటుంది కదా .మీ ఎస్ .ఆర్ .లో జి . ఐ .ఎస్ .అమౌంట్ సబ్స్క్రిప్షన్ ఎంత కాలం, ఎంత అమౌంట్ డిడక్ట్ అయిందో ఆ ఎంట్రీ రాశారా?లేదా? చెక్ చేసుకోవాలి. అయితే జి . ఐ .ఎస్ . అమౌంట్ enhance అవుతూ ఉంటుంది . గమనించుకోవాలి.

*3, APGLI ఎంట్రీ:*

మీ జీతంలో ప్రతి నెల ఏ.పి .జి .ఎల్ .ఐ .అమౌంట్ డిడక్ట్ అవుతుంది కదా .మీ ఎపిజిఎల subscription enhance అయినప్పుడల ఎంట్రీ పడిందా ? లేదా? చెక్ చేసుకున్నారా.

*4. EL Entry:*

ప్రతి సంవత్సరం సర్వీస్ పూర్తి అయినప్పుడు మనకు ఇచ్చే Earned Leave ను ఎస్ .ఆర్. చివర రాసే ఈ .ఎల్. ఖాతాలో అప్డేట్ అయ్యిందా లేదా చూసుకోవాలి.

*5. Half Pay Leave Entry:*

ప్రతి సంవత్సరం సర్వీస్ పూర్తి అయినప్పుడల్లా మనకు మంజూరయ్యే 20 half leave pay లను S. R.చివరి పేజీలో half pay leave ఖాతాలో అప్డేట్ అయ్యిందా లేదా చూసుకోవాలి.

*6. Training Entry:*

ఇంతవరకు సమ్మర్ లో అయిన ట్రైనింగ్, ఇతర డ్యూటీ వివరాలు entries అప్డేట్ అయ్యిందా లేదా చూసుకోవాలి .ఇది చాలా ముఖ్యమైన విషయం.

*7. EHS Entry:*

Employee Health Scheme ఎంట్రీ మీ ఎస్. ఆర్ .లో రాయబడిందా ? లేదా ? చూసుకోవాలి.

*8. AAS Entry:*

మన సర్వీసు 6, 12, 18, 24సంవత్సరాలు పూర్తి అయినప్పుడు AAS ఇంక్రిమెంట్ మన ఎస్. ఆర్. లో ఎంట్రీ అయిందా? లేదా? చూసుకోవాలి.

*9. Antecedent entry:*

ఆంటీస్డెంట్ వెరిఫికేషన్ అయిన తరువాత మన ఎస్ .ఆర్ .లో ఐడి నెంబర్ తో సహా ఎంట్రీ అయ్యిందో లేదో చూసుకోవాలి.

*10. Service Regulations entry:*

ఆంటీసిడెంట్ వెరిఫికేషన్ తరువాత రెగ్యులరైజేషన్ ఎంట్రీ అయిందా లేదా చూసుకోవాలి.

*11. Promotion entry:*

మనకు ప్రమోషన్స్ వచ్చినప్పుడు ఎంట్రీని ఎస్. ఆర్ .లో వేయించుకోవాలి.
