Guidelines to Prepare Class Wise Subject wise Learning Outcomes for all Elementary Classes


1. The ‘Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2010’ were issued in G.O.Ms.No.20, School Education (PE-Prog.1) Department, dt:03.03.2011 and further amendments to such Rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.130, S.E(PE.Prog-1)Deptt, dt:09.09.2011 and  G.O.Ms.No.41, S.E(PE-SSA) Deptt, dt:19.06.2013 vide G.Os 1st, 2nd and  3rd read above and the same rules were adapted  by  the Government of Telangana as per para (6) of the G.O 4th read  above.
2. The Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource  Development Department of School Education and Literacy in their letters 5th to 7th read above, has informed that the Learning Outcomes have been incorporated in the Central Rules to the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (Central Act 35 of 2009) by amending Rule 23(2) of the Rules and requested to incorporate these Learning Outcomes in the State Right of Children to Free and Compulsory  Education Rules, 2010.
3. The Commissioner and Director of School Education & Ex.Officio State Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Telangana, Hyderabad in his letter 9th read above, has requested to amend clause (c) of sub- rule (2) of Rule 25 pertaining to Curriculum and Evaluation Procedures under the State Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2010.
4. Government after careful examination, hereby decided to amend the clause (c) of sub-rule (2) of Rule 25 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2010 issued vide G.O.Ms.No.20, SE(PE.Prog.I) Department, dt:3.3.2011.
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section (38) of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (Central Act 35 of 2009), the Government of Telangana hereby makes the following amendment to clause (c) of sub-rule (2) of Rule 25 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2010 issued in the G.O.Ms.No.20, SE(PE.Prog.I) Department, dt:03.03.2011,  as follows:-

         (c ) Prepare guidelines for  putting into practice  Continuous and  Comprehensive Evaluation
   (c) (i) prepare class-wise and subject-wise                        learning outcomes for all elementary classes.
(ii) prepare guidelines for putting into    practicecontinuous and comprehensive evaluation to achieve the defined learning outcomes.
