TGCET Admission Counselling 2024 or TGCET Certificate Verification 2024 notification will be released by the Telangana State Residential Educational Institutes Society on its Telangana Gurukul CET website, tgcet.cgg.gov.in after announcing the TS Gurukul CET results.
Parents and Guardians can check the 5th class admission counselling details of their children who have qualified in the entrance exam and attend the certificate verification process at the notified center as per the schedule with required original documents. Gurukul wise first phase selected students list has been released on its web portal, https://tgcet.cgg.gov.in. TGCET Admission Counselling & Certificate Verification Dates details will be released.
TGCET First Phase Admission Counselling 2024: Convener of VTGCET, said that the deadline for reporting for fifth class admissions in all Gurukul Schools that means the Tribal, BC Welfare and Social Welfare Residentials is June 12. Students selected in Phase-1 are required to report within time period Convener said that they should report to the allotted Gurukul schools with the relevant documents or else the admission will be canceled and the seats will be filled by others. 5th class entrance test results: TG Gurukul CET convener released the results of the TGCET written test conducted for admission in the fifth class of SC, ST, BC and general gurukuls in the state of Telangana.
Candidates who have talented in the TS Gurukul CET examination and have been selected from the First Phase merit list are advised to report to the respective Gurukul schools between the 7th and 08th of January.Students who have not reported to allotted school, that particular seats of unreported candidates will be filled as per the second phase provisional selection list.

Guidelines for conduct of TGCET Admission Counselling
Following are the instructions to the Principals to be followed for conduct of Counseling: Instructions to the Principals of Venue Schools conducting counselling on notified date for filling up of leftover vacancies in class V.
Candidates are shortlisted in the ratio of 1:3 in each category. Candidates are informed by this office through SMS to attend for Admission counselling on as per the given date.
Vacancies in the categories of Orphan/PHC/CAP are converted to Open Category as such special category candidates are not available in the merit list. Hence such vacancies may be filled under Open Category.
If sufficient candidates are not available in BC-C then such vacancies may be filled by BC-D candidates. Similarly, in the case of BC-E vacancies, they may be filled by BC-A candidates. If no ST/SC candidates, vacancies are converted to SC/ST.
Before selecting the candidates, verify the certificates like Reservation category/ Income / DoB/ Study etc. Follow the rules before giving admission card to the Student.
As the candidates are called in the Ratio of 1:3, some of the candidates may not be accommodated. In such a case, the list of interested candidates who do not get the admission in the present counselling may be called if the vacancy arises in future.
List of Shortlisted candidates is enclosed at Annexure. Hence the Principals of Counselling Venue Schools are hereby informed to fill up the vacancies from the shortlisted candidates
enclosed with these proceedings duly following the admission Rules of the Society.

There are 46,987 seats available across the state for 5th class admission. 18560 seats are available in Social Welfare Gurukuls, 20,800 seats are available in BC Gurukuls in Tribal Gurukuls and there are 2,800 seats seats are available in the General Residency.

TGCET 5th Class Entrance Test:
Govt of Telangana has conducted TGCET-2024 for 5th class admissions in TREIS, TSWREIS, TTWREIS, TSBCWREIS schools. Telangana Gurukulam CET 2024 Entrance test was succesfully conducted on 04-04-2020 and results also released . The students who Attended the 5th class entrance test, they need to verify their results from the below given attachment. Telangana Gurukul CET-2018 Common Entrance Test Results released on 19-04-2024. Allotment letters will be provided soon and Joining Date will be announced Soon by the various Residential school. Till then Students have to arrange the required certificates and material for joining in to the Residential school.

Rules for Selection and Certificate Verification:
- Selected candidate must have studied class IV during the academic year 2023-24 in Govt/Recognised schools.
- Candidate must have studied continuously 2 concecutive academic years in Erstwhile District.
- Candidate must have born between 01-09-2010 and 31-08-2012.
- In case of SC/ST candidate must have born between 01-09-2010 and 31-08-2014.
- Once the candidate is selected, then He/She is directed to attend the allotted school along with all the required original certificate which are shown above, duly counter signed by the MEO concerned.

How to check the TGCET Wise Provisional List:
Schoolwise Selection list of all schools of all societies ( TREIS, TSWREIS, TTWREIS, MJPTBCWREIS)
1. Visit the official Website tgcet.cgg.gov.in.
2. Click anywhere on the image of TG Gurukul CET 2024.
3. TG CET 2024 Page will be displayed.
4. Now click on the School wise provisional list link.
5. School wise provisional list link will be opened in the new tab.
6. Here candidate shoulsd select the district and select school from the drop down menu, which was the option given by the candidate at the time of applying.
7. The selected school selection list -Result will be displayed.
8. Now find your name and take print for future reference.
