Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University issued the Agricultural Polytecnic Admission  Notification 2018 on 28-05-2018 .and the ANGRAU invited the online applications from the edligible candidates for admission into two year duration Agricultural, Seed Technology Polytecnic Diploma Courses and Three year diploma in agricultural Engineering courses in Professor Jayashankar  University and its affiliated recognized private Agriculture Polytecnic institutes for the Academic Year 2018-19

1. Agricultural Polytecnic 2 years
2.  Seed Technology  2 years
3. Agricultural Engineering 3 years

Age Limit:

The candidates for admission to first year polytechnic courses in the University shall be required to have completed 15 years of age as on 31st August, 2018 of the year of admission with an upper
 age limit of 22 years

Selection Process:

Selection Process through on the basis of SSC GPA average value. Admission will be made on the basis of performance in their qualification.
Instructions to Apply Online

1. Only ONLINE application will be accepted. No application will be accepted in any other format and will be summarily rejected.
2. The applicant should use only Chrome/Firefox browsers while filling the application online.
3. The applicant has to visit the website: www.pjtsau.ac.in and fill the OTR (onetime registration) application with his/her or parents mobile number and avoid the mobile number of others.
4. The applicant should read and understand all the instructions and eligibility criteria for admission before proceeding to fill the online application form. The applicant is advised to take a print out of the instructions so that he/she can refer to the same while filling the form.
5. The applicant should furnish all the details while filling the Online Application Form. The applicant is advised to save the application in the save/ preview format until final submission.
6. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to ensure that he/she fulfils the specified eligibility criteria before submitting the online application.
7. The applicant should note that the admissions will be made as per the relevant government orders applicable at the time of admission.
8. After successful submission of the application form and after the payment of application fee, an application number will be generated and this can be used for future correspondence.
9. Request for change in any particulars in the application after the payment of application fee will not be entertained.
10. The documents to be uploaded should be scanned in JPG/JPEG only and it should not exceed 100 Kb.
11. The scanned passport size (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) photograph of the applicant should be in JPEG format and not exceed 100 Kb file size.
12. The applicant signature should be scanned in JPEG /JPG format of [3.5 cm x1.5 cm] and not exceed 100 Kb file size.

Documents to be scanned and uploaded

1.     SSC Memorandum of Marks or equivalent examination certificate, showing the evidence of the Date of Birth.
2.     Pass Certificate cum Memorandum of Marks obtained by the applicant in the qualifying examination (Intermediate or its equivalent).
3.     In case, an applicant belongs to Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, the latest certified copy of the Social Status Certificate issued by the competent authority.
4.     Bonafide / Study Certificate from 6th to 12th Class.
5.     Residential Certificate (Those applicants who are having a break in the years of study for reasons other than failure or those who passed the qualifying examination by private study have to submit this certificate issued by the Tahsildar. In case, the applicant has resided in more than one place, separate certificate from the Tahsildar, should be furnished for such places of residence).
6.     Rural Area Certificate - FORM-I : It is a proforma to be certified by the Head Master of the School with his office seal that the applicant has studied for a minimum period of four years in schools/colleges located in Non-Municipal areas during the period of study from 1st class to 12th class / Intermediate.
7.     Payment of application fee: For applicants belonging to OC and BC social status, the amount is Rs. 1,200/- (Application Fee) + Rs. 50 /- (Online Processing Fee) and for applicants belonging to SC, ST social status and PH, the fee is Rs. 600/- (Application Fee) + Rs. 50 /- (Online Processing Fee). The applicant has to select Debit Card /Credit Card (Visa / Master Card)/NET banking/ Wallet option to pay the application fee and follow the online instruction to complete the payment of fee.
