Eligibility Criteria for AP POLYCET Counselling Registration 2024
To be eligible for AP POLYCET Counselling Registration, a candidate must have cleared the AP POLYCET exam and obtained a valid rank. The candidate must also fulfill the following criteria:

Steps to Complete the AP POLYCET Counselling Registration 2024
Qualified and eligible candidates should complete the Step One process that is AP POLYCET Online Registration cum verification, online payment along with uploading scanned copies of original certificates for online verification as per guidelines.

The Qualified candidates of AP POLYCET are informed that the admission into Polytechnics will be conducted based on Web Counselling. The following are the documents required for the AP POLYCET Counselling Registration 2024:
The qualified candidates of APPOLYCET-2024 are informed to attend for certificate
verification along with the Processing fee payment receipt in any one of the Help Line
Centres given below and as per the schedule given under, with all original certificates and
two sets of Xerox copies like
1) Processing fee payment receipt
2) APPOLYCET-2024 Hall ticket
3) APPOLYCET-2024 Rank Card
4) S.S.C or its Equivalent Marks memo(Original or Internet copy).
5) IV to X Study Certificates.
Or
Residence certificate for preceding 7 years of the Qualifying examination i.e. SSC or its equivalent in respect of Private candidates(in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education).
Or
Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate of father/mother for a period of 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar in respect of Non-Local Candidates.
6) EWS certificate valid for the year 2024-25 from MeeSeva/(Gram/Ward)sachivalam, for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under EWS category.
7) Income Certificate issued on or after 01.01.2021 for claiming tuition fee reimbursement.

10) Local status certificate (if applicable) i.e a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of
Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana from 02-June-2014 to on/before 01-June-2024 shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
11) PWD/CAP/NCC/Sports/Scouts & Guides/Minority/Anglo-Indian Certificate if applicable
a. PWD:In respect of Persons with benchmark disability (PWD) category, candidates have to produce a certificate issued by the District Medical Board. Candidates who have disability of 40% and above will only be considered under PWD category.
b. CAP category candidates have to produce a certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer (In case of Ex-Service Men), Identity Card and Discharge Book for verification. Candidates whose parents are domicile of Andhra Pradesh are eligible under CAP Category. The decision of authorities of Sainik Welfare of A.P is final in this matter.
c. Anglo-Indian Candidates have to produce a certificate issued by Competent Authority of their place of residence.
d. NCC & Sports – Produce original certificates issued by competent authorities. The candidate should have represented from the state of AP
e. Scouts & Guides: Produce original certificates of Rastriya Certificate holders of Bharat Scouts and Guides and other certificate holders of Bharat Scouts and Guides issued by competent authorities.

PAYMENT OF PROCESSING FEE THROUGH ONLINE Mode
All the candidates from 1 to Last Rank can pay the processing fee from 24.05.2024 to
02.06.2024. The fee amounts are given below,
For OC/BC:Rs.700/-
For SC/ST:Rs. 250/-
1. Processing fee can be paid through online using credit card or debit card or through internet
banking.
2. Once the payment is successful, click on print button and takes a print out of fee receipt.
3. Preferably do not make payment through mobile phones to avoid failure of payment.
NOTE
1. For any Help such as change of Mobile number or any corrections, candidates are requested to
approach nearest Help Line centers with valid proof.
2. On the last day of schedule, options last exercised by the candidate will be frozen and
candidate should take a print out. The options recorded in the server on the last day will
alone be considered for allotment of seats.
ALLOTMENT:
1) Allotments will be placed in Website https://appolycet.nic.in on 07.06.2024 after 06.00 p.m.
2) Enter the LoginId, Hall Ticket number, Password and date of birth in Candidate Login.
3) Download the allotment order and report to the college.
Tuition Fee: Tuition fee payable after allotment is Rs. 4,700/- (for Government and aided
Polytechnics) and Rs.25,000/- per annum (in Private unaided Polytechnics and Second Shift
Engineering Colleges).The reimbursement of Tuition fee in respect of all eligible candidates will
be as per the orders issued by Government of Andhra Pradesh from time to time. As per the
norms prescribed by the Social Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, candidates
with maximum eligible age [Candidates of SC/ST/BC-24 YEARS, and OC-20 YEARS] as on 01-
07-2024 are alone eligible for fee reimbursement
