Upper
age limit: 26 years as on 01.05.2016
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in any recognized university or AICTE approved
institution with First class for
GEN/OBC and Pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
Experience: Preference will be given to those who have One Year post
qualification experience (as on 01.05.2016) in any of the following areas.
EXPERIENCE
& RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Electronics &
Communication (E&C) Engineers – 4 Nos
·
Knowledge of Solar Cell/Module raw materials
·
Hands on Solar Cell/Module / Semiconductor
manufacturing processes.
·
Operation & Maintenance of solar
cell/Module/Semiconductor production equipments.
·
Operation & Maintenance of solar cell/Module
test & measuring equipments/instruments.
·
Quality Assurance of raw
materials/processes/finished goods for solar cell/Module manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
·
Scheduling of production to achieve physical targets
in Cell/Module area
·
Achieving targeted Efficiency and Productivity in
Cell/Module area
·
Cell/Module manufacturing process improvements
·
Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of equipments/Instruments
·
Qualification/Evaluation of new suppliers/vendors/equipments
·
Operation of Production and Test equipments
·
Preparation of new programs/recipes to achieve
optimum results

Complete documentation of production activities
·
Implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
·
QA of raw materials/processes/finished goods

Establishing vendor base for raw materials suppliers
/ EPC contractors / Other service providers

suppliers/vendors/service providers

Material planning and Inventory management

Scheduling of production to achieve physical targets
in Module areas

Achieving targeted Efficiency and Productivity in
Module areas

Module manufacturing process improvements

Shall be able work in 3 rotational shifts

Required to travel at short notice
PAY & BENEFITS:
In addition to Basic pay, other
allowances like dearness allowance, HRA and also eligible for perks of 48% on
Annual Basic Pay. Reimbursement of medical expenses, Performance Related Pay,
Group insurance as per Company rules, PF, gratuity etc., will be part of the
remuneration package.
MODE OF SELECTION:
The applications will be scrutinized
and applicants meeting the above criteria will be called to appear for the
written test or interview depends on the number of applications received.
Date of the written test will be
intimated by e-mail in due course. Call letters will be sent to the candidates
short listed in the written test for interview by e-mail.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Reservation / relaxation for
SC/ST/OBC/PWD will be as per Government directives. Applications of GEN/OBC
candidates should be accompanied by a crossed Demand Draft drawn on any
scheduled bank (preferably SBI) for Rs.500/- (SC/ST/PWD applicants are exempted)
in favour of Bharat Electronics Limited, Bangalore. The applicant is required
to write his/her name at the right bottom corner on the reverse of Demand
Draft.
If there are
more eligible applicants, the number of candidates to be called will be
restricted in proportion to the requirement based on relevant experience,
academic excellence, age etc.
Candidate employed in PSUs / Govt.
Organizations should submit the application through proper channel or produce
No Objection Certificate at the time of the interview.
Candidates are required to possess at
least one valid e-mail id which is to be entered in the application form.
Candidates shortlisted for the written test/interview will be informed through
e-mail regarding the date, time and venue for the written test and interview to
