AP Rc No 5646 Conducting Common  Summative III Examination from Class VI to X in all the Govt. Schools -valuation of Answer Scripts and  Verification|SCERT AP  Hyderabad|School Education Department

While inviting the4 attention of all the Deputy Educational Officers in the district to the reference cited they are aware that this academic year evaluation of Answer scripts of SA-III is to be done at school level.Further they are also instructed that, after valuation of above 10% of the answer scripts of each subject shall be evaluated by Mandal level team.The validation team shall visit the allotted Mandal and critically review the answer scripts . The Mandal Level validation team after completion of the work should submit the DEO and to the concerned Schools through MEOs

In view of the above , they are requested to constitute Mandal level validation committees with one teacher per subject per Mandal in their jurisdictions duly instructing the teams to visit the other/neighboring mandal to review the answer scripts and prepare two copies of report in the prescribed format in order to submit one copy to DEO and one copy to school through MEO.
