T.S Rc.No.589 Suggestions of Supreme Court to SCERT to Aware Children not to use Fireworks
The attention of the District Educational Officers, Principals of IASE,CTEs and DIETs in the State are invited to the reference cited , where in the dean Academic office of the NCERT ,New Delhi has enclosed and informed that the writ petition no.728/2015 filed by Sh. Arjun Gopal and others VS Government of India in this connection the Honorable Supreme court made the following suggestions to be followed.

Arjun Gopal and others VS Government of India in this connection the Honorable Supreme court made the following suggestions to be followed.
- Government to be directed to give wide publicity to the ill efffects of fireworks and encourage restraint or responsible use.
- Encourage Teachers to tell students not to buy and use fireworks.
