The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the reference read above and all the District Educational Officers are requested to inform the following information immediately.
1) Are the pass certificates issued by Viswa Bharathi Unlversit, Raipur, Chattisgarh
State taken into consideration for promotion purpose during 2009 counseling.
2) Any teacher is working with certificate Issued by Viswa Bharathi University
(prior to Its cancellation 2005) are employed in the District.
This has the approval of the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
