2) Lr. Re. No. 275/Al/APMS/2014-1, dated: 29-1-2016 of the Commissioner of School Education & Ex-officio Project Director, RMSA/ APMS, A.P., Hyderabad.
I invite your attention to the references cited and inform you that, this office has decided to provide Projectors along with screens to the selected 232 High Schools in Govt I ZPHS/ Mpl managements etc., during the year 2015-16. I therefore request you to supply Multimedia Projector with wireless connectivity between PC and Projector under DGS& D rate contract terms and conditions to the selected 116 ( one hundred and sixteen ) High Schools functioning in Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhpatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna and partially located in Guntur Districts in the State of Andhra Pradesh (list enclosed).
They are therefore requested to supply the Projectors along with screens as per the given specifications and supply should be completed by s" March, 2016 or otherwise order may be treated as cancelled. The payment will be released by way online transfer through PAO Office on confirmation received through concerned Headmaster countersigned by concerned Dy. Educational Officer after receipt and installation of the Digital Project and Screen. The entire process should be completed i.e., submission receipt and installation reports on or before 10th March, 2016. They are also requested to intimate the stage of supply by 29th February, 2016 without fail.
