Recently I and my friend went to DTO to enquire about CPS missing credits. In that office CPS incharge Mr Vijaya Lakshmi answered us how to gain missing credits of our CPS. She gave us a proforma to fill up and duly Signed by DDO which contains Missing credits amount, Date and Token Numbers etc...... The Incharge officer gave us a mail Id cpstshyd@gmail.com to send the proforma after completion
