Appointment of Enquiry Officer – Modified orders

under rule 20 of the APCS (CCA) Rules, 1991 – Appointment of Enquiry Officer 
– Modified orders – Issued.

ORDER:


  • 1.Whereas, an inquiry under rule 20 of APCS (CCA) Rules, 1991 is being 
  • held against Sri T. Daniel, HM, ZPHS, Burripalem, Tenali and MEO (FAC)(Rtd.), 
  • Tenali, for the irregularities while submitting proposals in respect of Sri 
  • Maruthi Vidya Niketan, Ramalayam St., Tenali, Guntur Dist., for according 
  • permission to open 1 – 7th classes. 



  • 2. And whereas, Sri Ch. Ramana Kumar, Joint Director, o/o Commissioner 
  • of School Education, AP, Hyderabad was appointed as Inquiring Authority, to 
  • inquire into the charges against the above said Govt. servant., vide reference 
  • 1st read above. 

  • 3. And whereas, Sri Ch. Ramana Kumar, Joint Director was relieved from 
  • the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh vide ref. 2nd read above, who was tentatively 
  • allocated to Govt. of Telangana under AP Reorganization Act, 2014. 

  • 4. Now, therefore, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by 
  • sub-rule (2) of rule 20 of APCS (CCA) Rules, 1991, hereby appoint Sri V.N. 
  • Masthanaiah, Joint Director (Services), o/o Commissioner of School Education, 

  • AP, Hyderabad, as Inquiring Authority to inquire into the charges framed 
  • against the said Sri T. Daniel, HM, ZPHS, Burripalem, Tenali and MEO 
  • (FAC)(Rtd.), Tenali, in place of Sri Ch. Ramana Kumar, Joint Director.
