2. Academic Calendar for the year 2015-16.

All the RJDSEs and DEOs in the State are hereby informed that vide reference cited, orders have been issued for the conduct of two Summative Assessments in an academic year along with other instructions pertaining to vacation, trainings, School Complex Meetings etc. Accordingly, the academic calendar was developed and provided to  all  schools  along  with  dates  for  the  conduct  for  Formative  and  Summative Assessments.

అక్టోబర్ 3 నుoచి త్రైమాసిక పరీక్షలు(SA -1)/ సంగ్రహణాత్మక మూల్యాంకణ పరీక్షలు:

1. పరీక్షల షెడ్యూలును జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖాధికారి శుక్రవారం విడుదల చేశారు.
2. అక్టోబరు 3 నుంచి 9వ తేదీ వరకు నిర్దేశించిన కాలనిర్ణయ పట్టిక ప్పకారం పాఠశాలల్లో విద్యార్థులకు పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించాలని తెలిపారు. 
3. 9,10 తరగతులకు సంబంధించి హిందీ మినహా ఒక్కొక్క సబ్జెక్టుకు రెండేసి చొప్పున 11 ప్రశ్నాపత్రాలు రూపొందించారు.
4. 9,10 తరగతుల విద్యార్థులకు మొదటి 15 నిముషాలు ప్రశ్నాపత్రం చదివి అర్థం చేసుకునేందుకు కేటాయించామన్నారు. 
5. సమ్మెటివ్‌-1లో 2015-2016 విద్యాసంవత్సరం సెప్టెంబరు సిలబస్‌ వరకు ప్రశ్నలు ఉంటాయని ప్రకటించారు.
6. ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు తమ పాఠశాలలకు సంబంధించిన ప్రశ్నాపత్రాల బండిల్స్‌ ఈ నెల 30న గాని అక్టోబరు ఒకటో తేదీన గాని పంపిణీ కేంద్రాలు, ఎంఈవో కార్యాలయాల నుంచి పొందవచ్చని డీఈవో తెలిపారు. 
7. ప్రాథమిక పాఠశాల విద్యార్థులకు అక్టోబరు 3 నుంచి సమ్మెటివ్‌ పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ఎంఈవోలను ఆదేశించారు.
8. 6 నుంచి 10 తరగతుల విద్యార్థులకు ప్రతి పాఠశాలలో జవాబు పత్రాలు సరఫరా చేయాలని పేర్కొన్నారు. 

9. పరీక్షలు ముగిసన వెంటనే సహపాఠ్య కార్యక్రమాల గ్రేడ్‌లను ఉపాధ్యాయులు నమోదు చేయాలని, పరీక్షల సమయంలో పరీక్షలు లేని తరగతులకు స్టడీ అవర్స్‌ నిర్వహించాలని, పరీక్షల సంస్కరణలను ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు ఎప్పటికప్పుడు గమనించాలని, పరీక్షలు ముగిసిన వెంటనే మూల్యాంకనం పూర్తిచేసి అక్టోబరు 27వ తేదీ నాటికి రికార్డులను పూర్తి చేయాలని తెలిపారు

SA 1 షెడ్యూల్:

ఆరు నుంచి పదవ తరగతి విద్యార్థులకు త్రైమాసిక పరీక్షలు అక్టోబర్ మూడు నుంచి నిర్వహించనున్నారు. ఈ మేరకు పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ షెడ్యూల్ ప్రకటించింది. 

a) 9, 10 తరగతులకు అక్టోబర్ 3 ఉదయం గణితం పేపర్-1,  మధ్యాహ్నం పేపర్-2, 

b) 5న ఉదయం ఫిజికల్ సైన్స్, మధ్యాహ్నం బయోలాజికల్ సైన్స్ పరీక్ష ఉంటుంది.

c) 6న ఉదయం సోషల్ స్టడీస్ పేపర్-1, మధ్యాహ్నం పేపర్-2;

d) 7న ఫస్ట్ లాంగ్వేజ్ పేపర్1 ఉదయం,  మధ్యాహ్నం పేపర్-2;

e) 8న ఇంగ్లీష్ పేపర్1 ఉదయం,  మధ్యాహ్నం పేపర్-2;

d) 9న సెకండ్ లాంగ్వేజ్ పరీక్ష ఉంటుంది. 

ఇక 6 నుంచి 8వ తరగతి పరీక్షలు 

a) 3న మొదటి ఫస్ట్ లాంగ్వేజ్,

b) 5 సెకండ్ లాంగ్వేజ్, 

c) 6వ తేదీన థర్డ్ లాంగ్వేజ్,

d) 7న గణితం, 

e) 8న ఉదయం ఫిజికల్ సైన్స్, మధ్యాహ్నం బయోలాజికల్ సైన్స్, 

f) 9న సోషల్ స్టడీస్ పరీక్షలు నిర్వహిoచనున్నారు
